Gameplay Rules
1.) No God Modding!
- (For example your genin is attacked by 30 Water Clones, and somehow he/she defeated them all in one blow. Don't get me wrong; in certain circumstances it can happen...but mostly it won't.)
2.) No "know-it-alls!"
- (Your character does not know every action or word another says, so don't play it like he does.)
3.) Do not play to win, but to roleplay your best. Don't take everything so seriously and just have fun.
4.) DO NOT control the other player's character unless given special permission by that user. (When on team mission or in battle arena)
5.) DO not make an immortal character; "PC killing" is allowed, after asking that is. If your character is killed in battle you have the right to create a new one. However, you can't be killed in most tournaments AKA battle arena or tournaments for chunnin or jounin exam
Applying For Character
1.) When applying your character remember you start as genin so your not allowed to have certain jutsus unless you have a great reason for them and even if you do its still not likely that you will get them.
2.) You Can Not Play Unless Your Character Is Aproved By Me!
3.) Genin are not allowed to have weapons unless they are one of the following:
Umbrellas (Rain-nin only)
Fuuma Shuriken (can be thrown)
Fans
Bokken (Wooden Sword)
Bo stick/Jo Stick
Wakizashi
Tanto
Brass Knuckles
Things not allowed until higher ranking:
Katana
Sword Canes
Chains
Morning Stars
Machetes
Poleaxes
Fat axes
Bayonets
Zanbatou (fictional horse-cleaving sword)
Naginata
b*****d Swords
Marauder Swords
Warrior Swords
Samurai Swords
Scary Swords
Bullwhips
Long Whips
Cat o' nine tails'
Wooden Stakes
Staves
Long Staves
Bo Staves
Poles
Polearms
Holy Water (Just because.)
Cross Bows
Maces
Bow & Arrows
Sickles
Javelins
Clubs

4.) When you create your character you are allowed around 8 techniques, only one C rank and the rest D rank and E rank (Genin)
When you rank up to chunnin or higher it changes as followed:
Chuunin: E, D and C rank jutsus (1 B-rank only)
Jounin/Sp. Jounin: E, D, C, and B-rank (1 A-rank only)
