I like how he blows up every time some makes a comment that sounds like rubber nose, I think its funny, reminds me of Ed in Full metal alchemist with the short jokes

Buggy is sure to return near the end to finish a real fight with Luffy. Buggy is like the polar opposite to Luffy. His fruit makes it so he can't be sliced and hurt only really by blunt attacks and Luffy isn't really hurt by blunt attacks but is vulnerable to cuts! I think Buggy will be one of the last enemies that Luffy will have to overcome before becoming Pirate King.

I don't know Luffy kinda owned him the first time if he keeps getting stronger Buggy might not offer much of a fight

Luffy never really owned Buggy. They were fighting and Nami proved to be a distraction to him and interfered by gathering his body parts. It was never really finished. If Nami hadn't done that, we don't know how the fight would have gone. I hope Oda does bring Buggy back because I want to see how he would improve Buggy in such a way that he would be able to keep up with Luffy currently, especially considering the gears...

Buggy and Alvida are bascaly those same villains who are always beat first and end up as Comic relief...Weevil and Rex ring a bell? Or Baku from Final Fantasy IX...not a villain but first guy they beat and for the rest of the game he is comic relief.

I freakin' love Buggy! heart He did return in one episode (second Funimation dub) and I flipped out! rofl Ace wound up on his ship because they were having a party, though I can't remember why. When Ace fell asleep, Buggy decided to keep him onboard to get closer to some other guy. Whitebeard, I think.
