This is in the same series as the other one. I posted this at another guild, but it wasn't nearly as popular as the Itachi one I posted here. -shrug-
Okay: How to Get a Kiss from Kakashi:
1. Walk up to Kakashi, holding notebook.
2. Ask him to kiss your notebook.
3. When he says no thank you, start weeping and crying, ranting about
how "Kakashi-sensei doesn't like me" and so on.
4. When he says, "Oh crap, please don't cry" and kisses your notebook:
5. Stare down at the the notebook in awe.
6. Say in a small voice, "Kakashi-sensei kissed my notebook."
7. Suddenly:
8. Look up with a sunny smile and say:
9. "Would you kiss me as well?"
10. When he says, "...no (I don't even kiss my girlfriend)":
11. Start weeping and crying again.
12. While you're crying, start blubbering on about, "Kakashi! How could
you! I thought there was something between us? Don't you love me?" and
so on
(since you're in public. ~_0)
13. Enjoy your kiss.
14. Go home, celebrate, eat ice cream and gloat.
Or:
1. Walk up to him, holding notebook.
2. Ask him to kiss your notebook.
3. Right before he kisses the notebook, slide the notebook away and kiss him.
This one takes practice. xd Wouldn't that be fun, to do that to Kakashi...?

Actually what you do is when you go on a mission with Kakashi , You excel in the mission and show him your a freaking awsome ninja That has the HOTS for him . He'll feel extreamly flattered that you like him .
After that is complete these are the steps to take .
1. after the sucessful mission ask him if he wants to go to the local bar to celebrate a good mission . assume he says yes because gernerally he would say yes to that .
2. Have a couple drinks ( Alcohol ) Talk with him and when he's kinda hammered .
3. Pull out make out paradise and when see's this he'll probably think your a freaking awsome chick .
He starts staring because he can't believe your a chick and you like that stuff and this is when Step 4 comes into play .
4. Say to him " umm are you staring at me " Force a blush on your face men fall for that s**t ! he says yes and says that he can't help it because your the first woman he's seen carrying that book of perversion .
5. says this to him after that " I like the book it's interesting , Since I'm not naturally I'm not a hornball It helps me get to be one " . This always makes men listen because they think this is like a free Make a move sentance .
6. he can't help but keep staring at you Say this " just kiss me you know you want to " .
And your happy Step he kisses you WITH TONGUE ! you pull him in for a makeout and he enjoys himself and after that ******** beautiful makeout he asks you to be his girlfriend .
7. Now do the happy dance cause you won Him CONGRATS !

I would somehow get him the latest icha icha book and rib t in his face that he doesn't have it. Then when he's done drooling, you make a deal with him, saying I'll give you the book free of charge if you take off your mask and let me kiss you. It's a small price to pay if you want the latest icha icha book. rofl.
