.every so often when i leave a room with a mirror i get the feeling someone is waching me. so one day i chose to walk out of one of the rooms backwards facing the mirror.
i stood infront of the mirror closed my eyes and began to back up. after afew steps i got that feeling again and opened my eyes.
though i had crossed the room. my reflection had not moved. i stared at it transfixed it smiled though i had not done so. i could not move from the fear.
it began to change it's self. the teeth became pointed. the eyes turned crimson.
i did not see any more because i had forced myself to run to my bedroom.
what do you think it was?

Well... I don't know what to say, that would be very creepy, but the last part about it changing sounds kind of cliched like from a horror movie, tv show or book...

I don't know what to say, that would be very creepy, but the last part about it changing sounds kind of cliched like from a horror movie, tv show or book... i assure you this really happened no offence, but this does sound like something that would come out of a hollywood shlock-fest. If that happened to me though i would have ran away before i saw it changing.

Every living person has a angelic and a demonic side as well as neutral...I'm not just talking bout consciences either...
The image you saw was most likely your inner demon...they sometimes appear or come to us sometimes for a reason sometimes not
