For Novos, that's difficult to answer. Ideally, we would never have to terminate any one's membership, but then we end up with many members that haven't posted in years.
As a guild, we are undergoing change and are still working on developing a policy and ways to keep track of members. Obviously, we want you to post as often as you would like, but if that slips to 3 to 6 months without a post, your presence as an active poster may go unrecognized by the Crew.
I try to give fair warning before I alter any one's membership status, so if you make sure to check for any warnings about membership, they might apply to you.
An important thing to note is that Novos is a public guild. If, for some reason, you happen to be banned, make a post in an appropriate thread and let us know that you still want to be a member. I would be more than happy to re-invite you.
I hope this answers your question. I could have said a number, but it would have been untrue.
All of the above applies to all gaians.
