For me- its jus a lot of posting, but also Marketplace is a great place to hustle people.
I sold a shirt I bought for 200 for over 500. Another good thing to do (sort of long term tho) is buy the special items when they come out from the marketplace, and wait a month or two until those items can no longer be purchased, then sell them. It will have a couple thousand increase.
