Have you ever had a dream where you woke up and were like "wow, that'd make an awesome story?"
Have you ever had a dream about and/or including your characters?
What about someone elses?
Have you ever had a dream that would make a totally awesome story, but when you woke up you only had a fuzzy reccolection of what happened?
Discuss.
Make me feel like I'm not the only one. sweatdrop

I had a dream last night about two characters that I'd kind of forgotten about for a long time. And they were in this really nice house that was apparently in the same town that I live in. So half of the house was really nice and well finished, and the other half was like a rustic cabin thing. So these two characters of mine apparently lived in that house a really long time ago (they're vampires) and so they were walking around with this group that was led by the Oxy-Clean guy and they eventually broke off and they were walking up this flight of really uneven stairs and the girl kept falling over. I woke up and I was like "minus the Oxy-Clean guy and the fact that she kept falling over, that would make a pretty cool story..."
And I have awesome dreams all the time that would make a wicked story if I could only remember them.

I had a dream I was in a video game once...
... But no, I've never had a dream that would make a good story. Involving my characters, I've had really weird ones, like how I was trying to get killed by a Jaguar while being chased by my least-used character.
Yes, trying to get killed by a Jaguar. I kicked it to make it attack me.

MicroMiniMuffins Have you ever had a dream about and/or including your characters? What about someone elses? I hardly ever dream, but when I do these two happen occasionally. Not very often at all though. I'm not telling you what else I dream for fear of it not happening again.

I have dreams in which me and Brian talk to eachother. I live in Illionis and he lives in Maryland, so it is espiecally weird. We sometimes continue the conversation on the phone or get on the computer to play a game when we did not tell achother over the phone.

I did turn a dream into a fanfic actually... o__O It was a crappy fanfic which would probably burn your eyes out, but I did use the idea.
But my answer is yes to all of the above. ^^; Usually I don't have my own characters, though if I'm plotting an original idea as I'm going to sleep, that turns into a dream.
Then again, most of my dreams are ridiculously messed up. I once had a dream a guy in a Barney suit was robbing my house. It was freakin' scary. DX

DXNever dreamed about Barney, but I have dreamed about the Oxy-Clean man. There's a joke between me and a few other friends that one of my friends (and my crush, shh... redface ) is God during the day, and another one is during the night. I talk to the night one a lot when it's his 'shift', so I keep asking him to make the Oxy-Clean man go 'foop' (yes, foop), but so far he hasn't. gonk It's upsetting. Haha, I've had fanfics that turn out like that. But most of them weren't inspired by dreams. Then, at least, I'd have an excuse as to why so many readers clawed their eyes out (probably).

My dreams are weird xD And they usually involve my school o_0 I have dreams about my school all the time. I'd have to say that the weirdest one was when there was a plague or something going around our school and the lockers were huge (like, over 100 feet high or something. It was weird) and people kept getting the plauge...then like randomly I was at someone's house and my three friends that don't even go to my school showed up randomly. That was such a fun dream... Not very story worthy, though. confused

A few times in my dreams, I've lived at my school. It's a large, old, brick building. It was weird, and I was like a ghost or something... xd
Another time, there was a fire in the classroom where were camping in, but nobody except me cared that were going to burn... xd xd
And another one, the school caught fire and began to colapse when we were all inside. We had to jump between missing flights of stairs to get down and everything... THAT was a scary dream eek Very realistic, in comparison with the other two xd xd xd
