Has anyone else here seen it? Personally, I thought it was put together better than episode one. In the first episode, the plot seemed rushed, but everything is smooth in the second one.

I don't know if there's anywhere you can download it yet, but you can watch it on YouTube. There weren't any subtitles on the one I saw, but if you've read the second tankubon then you should know what's going on anyway. 3nodding

The first one had more information to go through in order to set things up. It needed to be rushed.

This one, on the other hand, takes place almost in Realtime. But yes, the pacing was excellent, and the music more fitting.

Also, I like how they gave Luke and Jan a little more development, like learning they came from a poor family, and built their way up from the slums. I also liked how they showed why Alucard would think Luke was a "Category A" vampire. In the manga and Anime, I was always left wondering "why?"

I was great overall! I liked the music from the first anime a lot better than the OVA but the OVA is way way better overall, It actually sticks with the origional storyline!

Really? They actually explain that? Excellent. Yeah, there was some stuff in the manga that just wasn't explained...at all. I haven't seen the subbed one yet...been too lazy to track it down. It was still cool unsubbed, though.

This almost makes me want to track down a copy of the OVA and watch the second episode. Which might lead to more.
I wasn't too impressed by the first OVA episode (I know, the horror, the treason) but getting some of these questions answered and extra back story would be fantastic.
