Ok we need an ORIGINAL Drawing for our home page, why... that banner just isnt working! So we are looking for a drawing that would represent Centreville highschool (as well as the town) and represent us as an anime community.... (I sound like a teacher.. sweatdrop .)
Rules:
1. Has to include guild Name
2. Can't have drugs or profanity
3. Can have weapons, BUT can't include battle scene
4. Girls can't look too skanky... guys too... lets keep clothes PG
5. No Fan art, we WANT ORIGINALITY!
6. Size can't be larger than 640 X 640 pixles
7. No sexually explict content
8. No flaming
9. Should be in Color and not in pencil, professional looking, outlined dark enough to show on a flat screen computer monitor.... cause those are kinda bright...
Humor is a plus but not required, just keep in mind we will all be voting on the picture when we recieve enough pics.
Send it me with the URL and copy the pic into an email to LotusMiaka@aol.com and post the picture in this thread.

Sounds good, you've given me all sorts of whacked ideas. I won't be doing it alone of course, i'm going to enlist lee in my team of drawing artists. Muwaha!
...Oh yeah, do we get brownie points for drawing CVHS itself into the picture? xd It would help, wouldn't it?

If you can't ink it....you could possibly scan it and mess with the contrast......but that's if you have the software to. sweatdrop
I am going to try to do a banner too.....once I can think of a good idea. Creative....blockage....going....on!! stressed

how about a pic of the people currently on the thread, like skie, opal, tear, jaicen, sel, release, goutai, myself to be last, like our avies in the way we want to be represented, the backdrop could be the cvhs banner or something else. I would do it, but I am artistically impaired, I have ideas, but can't convey them, I can't even draw good chibi's crying crying crying wwwwwaaaaaaahhhhhh

Mari-chan says (I am on the phone with her right now) it doesn't have to be CG or photo-shopped. It can be any 2-dimensional medium as long as it fits within the rules and looks well done and not sloppy.
And Jusuchin, that idea is alright but it's already been done by other guilds way too often. We wanna have something different, or at least appealing to look at.

Hey, is there a deadline to the contest? And a size limit/restraints? And is it okay if we use "CRALD" instead of "Centreville's... " etc., etc.?

YOu can put CRALD... OR Centreville's yada yada... or both. It doesnt matter. I want you guys to be creative with this. I have my Idea in my head I just have to figure out how to draw it

As of now, there is no set deadline. We need to see how many submissions there are first and to wait for more people to join the guild so they could participate in the contest if they want to.
And the size restriction was not set by Mari-chan nor I. It's what Gaia has set for the home pages for the Guild Network.
