I liked him in "Dreams in the Witch House" but Unknown Kaddath was good. For grins you should read "The Silver Key" and "Through the Gates of the silver Key" for a more complete story of Randolph Carter.
Maybe read "The Statement of Randolph Carter" as well...

I think there is also a short story by another centred around him by another author. I'd have to look at my book but I don't have it any where near so it will be a long time before I can check.

I didn't know anybody hated Nyarlathotep! I have a shirt that says "Nyarlathotep" and has a pharoh guy with three eyes! It's sweet!
...and if you want more Nyarlathotep, read..."Nyarlathotep".
