Ruby Ranch lies in the valley of the mountainous region on the island. From time to time, a cool breeze will blow through, sending a relaxing scent into the area. A large, circular, black wooden fence surrounds the space where the horses roam. A building made of black wood is set to the side of the the fence, which is able to store about 20 horses. Ryukinzo made the structures of black wood, because it reminded him of someone's home...

Out of nowhere, Ryukinzo popped up in the distance. A gentle breeze was flowing across the land as he limped over to the black fence that he effortlessly put together not too long ago. As he continued walking, he ran his fingers across the smooth surface of the finely cut pieces of trees. Ryu stopped moving as he reached a shady spot under a tree.
Pain constantly flowed throughout Ryu’s body; it was becoming unbearable. It has been years since he as felt so much agony. Damn him. Kinryu, I don’t wish to kill you, but I know you’ll keep coming back until you defeat me. You know those who I wish to protect, and those who I hate. You can easily use those people against me. I can’t allow you to do that.
“Nayami,” he whispered.
The Crystal Kage sighed and leaned onto the tree. His cloak snagged a few times as he slid down. Ryukinzo gazed up into the clear sky; the sun was setting. After inhaling the unique scent, a heavy sigh escaped his lips. He shifted his vision down to his feet and narrowed his eyes.
“Someone has to die,” he said with a cold and shaking tone. He knew deep inside that he would hate himself for killing his brother, and that he needed to start his training immediately. But how could he do this in his current condition. There was no telling when he would be back to his full strength. Ryukinzo finally realized that should have rested a bit longer before moving around again. Sneaking out of the hospital was an ignorant idea; something that Neko would do.

A small smile crossed Nordia's cracked and scabbed lips as she walked up to the front of the Ruby Ranch. "Once more, I come to a place where I have had no idea existed... But then again that's what I get for sticking to two places, and two places alone..." she said rather loudly compared to her usual mutter. It hadn't crossed her mind about who was listening or who might be here, that had to do with her being on her own country's land, though.
She shifted the canvas sack on her back that held newly bought clothes with the money her brother made by selling paintings of the night sky, rolling hills, bloody battlefields, et cetera. As of now she had on a dirt brown leather traveling cloak that hid her torso and legs, but her bright blue toes socks with clouds on them were visible under the final fold of it. Two scrolls stuck out of the pack, along with a new knife that was straight and sturdy. Lord only knows what else she kept in there.
With the sigh, she jumped onto the fence and held out one arm for balance, and the other held onto her heavy sack to keep it from slipping off her shoulder. She laughed as she hopped from one point to another, not having this form of exercise in a while, not to mention this much fun.
While she was jumping, she spied with her eye someone leaning against a post a little ways away. "Lazy farmhand, leaving all the work to..." she mumbled, not knowing who the person could be leaving the work to. So, instead of looking such as a fool, she began to mumble incoherently as she does in those situations.
Nordia switched which side the pack was on and she began to walk calmly over the fence the best she to him. She didn't see anyone else around, and does not know many lazy people in the village. He might have been kicked by a horse, or something like that. Nordia is not good with animals, she's too jumpy, so she would not know. Or he could be sleeping on the job, and she was in a loud mood right then.
"Hey, you okay?" Nordia called as she approached him on top of the fence, jumping down to face him with a small frown on her face. She shifted uncomfortably on her feet as she had not spoken to anyone in a long time, and she did not recognize this person. Always a sign of wory for her. Oh no! What if he's dead?! Like... a bad plague happened to come through and killed everyone without me knowing!

{ gonk Your literacy...I want it!}
Yawning, Ryu looked up and scratched the back of his head. The short fingernails on his hands simmered down the itch. The female draped in brown with a hint of blue seemed vaguely familiar to the almighty Crystal Kage. But after a moment, his memory kicked in and he lunged up. “Nerdia! My love has returned!” he said jokingly. The small impact his feet made to the ground immobilized his legs, and just before he fell forward, he embraced the young female in his arms. Ryukinzo cuddles against her while ignoring the miscellaneous objects that fell out of her bags. The last time they encountered, Ryu’s alternate personality was in play. Once the man propped himself up on his hands, and gazed down at Nordia’s face with a weak smile. “Hey kid, are you still reading that ‘death’ book? I’m actually surprised that you aren’t reading it right now. I guess you finished it, huh?” The young man turned his head away and coughed harshly, then refaced the ninja while grunting. “Oh, sorry about that. So, what brings you up here?”

((Really, that was just me not being lazy... Nothing really.))
Nordia leaned in closer as it took the man a moment to respond. With the word 'Nerdia', she mentally sighed and let out a chuckle through her sun and wind damaged lips. Though, his hug caught her off gaurd.
Nordia isn't really the type who is hugged often.
She landed with a grunt and closed one of her eyes to keep from saying anything close to 'ow' as one of her scrolls was digging into her back. She laughed as she hugged him back weakly, as stated before, not used to hugging anyone. "It's good to see you too, Ryu-dono!" she told him, opening both of her emerald eyes and smiling.
Bits of mud were splattered on her face and on her headband that hung lazily around her neck, partially securing her cloak in doing so. Her hair was surprisingly clean and pulled back into a high bun, with two strands of hair going down and framing her face. She blew them out of her face as they had fallen crisscrossed across her nose. The leather cloak had stayed in place, going around her body twice as she bought it large enough to use as a bed if need be.
"Ryu-dono, I sadly do not have time to read anything lately... Though, in doing so I've gotten quite good with my summon and my daggers. I still have a long way to go to catch up with most of the people who I see around a lot, though," Nordia explained, sighing weakly.
She grimaced as he coughed, as it didn't sound good "You okay, sir? I mean, is there a plague going around that I should know about? And I wander a lot, lately. My brother an' I got into a fight last time I came home so I'm avoiding that place 'til I gotta go back." She looked up to him with questioning eyes and a small frown. She considered him a friend, despite them not talking much. But Nordia took likings or dislikings to people as soon as they met. And a bad plague wouldn't be good even if she didn't care about anyone in this village.
Ryu had always been strong, stronger than anyone Nordia had ever met. It worried Nordia to see him falling on people when he stood up, and to hear him cough like he was losing a lung. He's Ryu, afterall.
((Now that is lazy. :p Bleh.))

The Kage smirked, then connected his juicy lips to the chapped ones before him. After a few seconds, he locked their lips and pulled away. He hoped that the dryness of her lips would fade away even if it was just a little. It seems that his perverted personality was permanent, no matter what kind of condition he was in. Ryu was the type of person who would sacrifice many things in order to enjoy himself.
Lazily, he rolled off of Nordia. He removed the shades the were perched towards the end of his nose in the process. He twirled them in his hand as he gazed into the sky. His red bangs laid sloppily on his cheeks.
“It’s been a while…Nordia,” he stated as he placed his free hand onto his red martial arts top and digging his fingers into the fabric. “We have a lot in common, you and I,” he said before glancing at her eyebrows, then back at the sky. He chuckled, for it reminded him of two legendary ninja he read about.
“My brother…beat me up as well. If I don’t take action, then I’ll live the rest of my life in fear.” Ryukinzo’s head turned over to face the female next to him and he smiled weakly. “All I wanted to do was impress him, but I went a little too far: I beat him, then he came back for revenge. I might need to get back to the hospital. I’m sure the nurses are worried about me. I’ll know not to sneak out next time though. But yeah…I’m fine. My pain, hopefully, won’t last too much longer.”
With great struggle, Ryu managed to sit up; still looking at Nordia. He brushed away the mud as he sense a small bit of sympathy from her. “If you do not wish to return home anytime soon, then I have a mission for you. Since I’m in no condition to be traveling, and my love and I got into a fight last time I was there, I need you to enter the Storm Village, and see how things are going. I hear very little of that place anyway. And since Nayami, the Kage, was angered, she may have destroyed a lot of stuff. How knows? That’s why I need you to go check it out. But it would be best to stay away from her. Only approach and start a conversation with her if necessary.”
Ryukinzo paused for a bit, then laid down on his side and grunted. He displayed a sign of pain by wincing.
“This will be a B-ranked mission. Why is it B? Well, first of all, you’re venturing into a foreign village. And secondly, Nayami runs a…bad-guy type of thing. So a few of her villagers may be dangerous. Word of advise: Don’t be TOO friendly if you happen to meet someone. They’ll know for sure you’re a foreigner if you do. Also, hide your ninja band, but keep it with you in case of a battle. Got all that? Oh!…please don’t call me sir. Talk to me as you would to someone else of your age. Again, I’m only nineteen…Kinda impressive for a Kage though, huh?”

Nordia looked up to Ryu with a mild hint of fear as he smirked down at her, didn't he tell her to watch out for him and to not wear attractive clothing...? She couldn't resist squeaking when he placed his lips on hers, but she thankfully withheld a squirm, thinking that may somehow trigger him. She always knew Ryu was outgoing, and she rarely was around someone who wasn't withdrawn, so maybe this was normal. She hoped dearly so, because she was not one to fall in love. "Er... thank you?" she asked as he pulled away, a slight chuckle creeping into her voice at the end.
Her sigh of relief was barely audible to her as he rolled off of her, she wouldn't have to worry about his warning it seemed. She cast a casual look to him as he took off his glasses and twirled them inbetween his fingers, trying not to seem tenser than she usually was. Which is actually quite a feat in itself, for a person with mild paranoia to be more tense than usual.
Nordia simply nodded as he spoke to her, not having much to say. Indeed it had been a while, Nordia had almost forgotten what he looked like, but it perplexed her to what they had in common. He was powerful, outgoing, and occasionally rash. Nordia was weak for the time she's spent training, very quiet, and always thinking things through about 4 and a half times before doing anything.
She clicked her tongue and shook her head as he told her of his brother beating him up. "Sibling rivalries are so pointless. Even if one is more 'powerful' than the other, per say, it does not mean that they could easily be surpassed... not to mention that when the same blood flows through their veins as your's, it is futile to kill them without killing part of yourself as well. That is, of course, you are not wanting the conflict. The pain will still be there, as with most people if you lose a sibling you do still feel the pain of losing part of you, but it will be different. More bearable...." She stopped talking for a moment and chuckled before continuing, "I could go into a rant about siblings, but we'd be here all day, wouldn't we? And I hope you get better soon, we need our Kage. If you need help getting back to the hospital, I'd gladly give it to you." She felt mildly embarassed that she had said that much about siblings, and she hoped it was the right thing.
Nordia looked up to the sky absently after she gave her small speech. She couldn't help but flinchas Ryu rasied his hand to brush away the mud splatter on her face, though she felt bad that she did afterwards becuase he meant no harm. As he spoke, she sat up and listened intently. 'Bout time I get a mission... Whoa, Storm Village? I've never met anyone from them... Are they really bad? I hope to the gods I'll be able to do this.... she thought as she kept her expression blank. Soon, her childish features grew darker and she looked much older than the fifteen-going-on-sixteen that she was; she had her game face on.
"Hai, Ryu-dono," she said as he laid down, her emotionless expression softening as he winced. She didn't like this, it must have been one Hell of a fight....
After he finished speaking, she nodded and folded her arms under her heavy cloak. "If you say so... er... Ryu?" It still didn't feel right to call him by his name alone, but it would have to do. "And yes, I'd be amazed if by your age, I'd be a quarter as strong as you are."
She thought for a moment then looked down to him to speak with a slight frown apon her mouth. A slight one. "Who will be going with me to the Storms?" She unthinkingly brushed her two strands of hair behind her ears, then pulled them back again in annoyance in her own habits.

The Kage smirked once more after hearing Nordia’s miniature sermon. He felt pleased to have such a wise shinobi in his village. He closed his eyes from the few seconds he giggled, and gave a cheerful smile at the same time.
“Yeah…you’re right. But he was always pushing me off to the side. All I wanted was attention. He didn’t recognize me until we became Jounin. And then I beat him because the people in our village begged for us to fight. We had our own reasons not to do so. I was afraid I would lose, and he thought it would be a waste of his time. But when they offered the winner the position of being the Kage, we hesitated no more. Though we had different personalities and ways of thinking, the people really didn’t care which one of us won since they liked us both.”
Ryukinzo stood up, but this time ignoring his pain.
“Don’t worry kid, I’ll be around forever. You must start your mission anytime this week, so there is no need to rush. If you need to, you can peek around my fortress for utilities and food, since you aren’t ready to go back home yet…you have my permission to do so. Once I catch up with our newest kunoichi, I send her along with you. You too don’t have to stay together…that would be a bit of a hassle. But I’ll find a quick way of notifying you whenever she arrives. Any questions?”

"I could never beat my brother... he used to be a jounin for Konoha, ya' know. He gave up being a shinobi 'cause my other brother died. We usually don't get into the reason why, so I'm not too sure why, but he's totally and completely against my career path..." she mumbled, raising a hand to her forehead and pushed her bangs back to keep her veiw clear. "And you're easily likable, so I doubt your brother would be repulsive. On a darker note... do you know you can beat him? I mean, it'll be hard, won't it?" She looked him over and bit her lip, causing it to bleed. After the pause she continued, choosing her words carefully, "No matter how many enemies you have or how powerful they are... this village is your's, and you are our's. Forever. We will stick my you no matter where you turn. Even if you leave, I know you willbe followed. Me, Ora, Akira, and everyone else will stick with you, 'til the end."
She stood up with his move, ready to catch him if he fell. "What I'm trying to say is... We're your family, too. If one of us were to betray anyone else, it'd be devastating." She looked him over with worry, but surpressed it and smiled at him, placing a hand on his shoulder.
After he told her the rest of her mission she nodded, taking her hand off of him. "Understood. I will be waiting for your signal to start, and I'll be sure to gather supplies tomorrow, if I could. But I'll feel a bit empty not wearing my headband..."
Unthinkingly she took out her hair and shook her head to get it out of the kink left in it by the ponytail. She ran her hand through it to get out the knots gathered in her hair that almost matched her dirt brown cloak.

Ryu’s face showed no emotion, but as a tear came to his eye, he put his shades back on. He look away afterwards. “You can start whenever you want. There is no specific starting point, nor deadline. Just stay for atleast three days…okay? You can still wear your ninjaband, just don’t reveal it.”
Throughout his simple sentences, his voice wavered a few times. Ryukinzo was moved by her words. His lips curled into his mouth and he pressed down lightly and licked them. He reopened his mouth was a feint smack as he began to speak once more. “Kohana?! The village Kohana?! Int’resting…”
The Crystal Kage couldn’t bear it too much longer. He blushed as a tear slide down his cheek, then caught a glimpse of blood droplet. Ryukinzo pulled Nordia’s body up against his as his shades slid down. His eyes were turning red and his sniffed up the snot he could feel in his nostrils. “Nerd-…Nordia…I’ll remember that. Thank you.” Ryu gave the kunoichi a wet kiss and slipped his tongue into her mouth; licking up her blood in the process.

((Lip rape! D: ))
"I'll start when I know it'll be alright. Shoot, I gotta tell nii-san I'm leaving or he may not show me mercy this time...." she said after Ryu put on his shades. She wondered why, it wasn't exactly bright outside anymore, and he didn't need to keep himself from being blinded by the sun. Maybe the moon...? That may be it because his voice seemed to be growing weaker, maybe he couldn't stand the strength of the... moonlight.
She smiled, causing her lips to bleed even more before she told him an explaination of her brother. "He hated the entire Fire Country because his older brother had died in a futile attempt to save the mission, so he turned in his headband. He was then exiled from our family in dishonor and I chose to go with him to here. I have to say, this place is much better..." She looked around with pride to the ranch, then to the mountains, then to Ryu which she smiled even wider.
Nordia's eyes caught a tear rolling down his cheek and she took a gasp for air. Hells! Did I say something wrong?!
Her heartrate soared as Ryu pulled her up to him and she could see his eyes red. That's it, I insulted him with my family thing... oh no... I'm so sorry... She relaxed somewhat as she heard him speak again, but she soon tensed up after. She was chest to chest with her Kage and he was crying.
His lips connected with hers and she felt her feet stick to the floor, not being able to move. She was shocked as shocked could be and it only became worse as his tongue entered her mouth. She didn't know what to do, but stand there with her eyes wide.
((I'm getting kicked! Nooo! It's so bad! Ryu, you know Nordia, permission to play her given, 'cause I feel bad about leaving in the middle of something.. Just know that she is not in love with Ryu.))
