Cuz I invited someone from a dead guild to mine, and I said in the reason that my guild was better, then I think she screenshot it and sent it to one of the Vice Captains there. Now the vice captain hates me and doesn't want to talk to me anymore and left my guild. I'm not sure what she's gonna do now, report my guild or leave it alone. *crys* crying

Aoi, your guild has already been reported a long time ago, so they can't report it, and since nothing has been done about the origional report, I doubt anything will happen now.
Saying something like that is not grounds for guild deactivation. For guild deactivation the guild itself has to do something wrong. If anything, one of the mods might lecture you, but your guild will be fine.
