My favorite villain is Niska. He is the perfect evil, crazy bad guy. Keeping somebody alive just so he can cause them great amounts of pain, he scares the crap out of me.

I love the bit where Mal is fighting with the torturer, Wash goes to shoot the guy, Zoe stops him and says 'This is something he's got to do for himself' and then Mal yells 'NO IT ISN'T' xd So good

Niska is really the best "villian" of the show, but I like Badger a lot too.

Dr. Kool Niska is really the best "villian" of the show, but I like Badger a lot too. Jayne: The fluid I see is a puddle of piss refusing to give our wage. Yeah, but I don't know if he really counts as a villain. I loved when River made fun of him. "Now you're what? Petty theif with delusions of standing? Sad little king of a sad little hill."
