Rules
1. The fan art has to be of Edward and Winry, what else did you expect? Yes, and Halloween-themed.
2. No Hentai, please.
3. Everyone can join, besides judges. Even admin members, everyone will be treated fairly. No one will be favored and thought of more than others. This is a completely -fair- contest, I promise you that.
4. You need to actually draw something, not a past work. It has to be new, that way it stays fair for everyone.
5. Coloring your picture is admired.
6. Don't cheat and copy off of someone else's picture, be original with your idea.
7. It can be a comic, those are just as fun as pictures. ^^
8. Don't even think about bribing one of the judges. >>;
9. Please, try not to enter the picture at the very last day. It'll be really hard for the people who have to judge it.
10. To join? Easy. You're allowed to post it here, but I'd really appreciate a PM instead of posting on here.
11. Just have fun, and be nice to all the other contestants. ^^
12. You are only allowed to submit One Drawing and One Comic. Not two Drawings or two comics. Just one of each. ^^ Oh, and by the way, this isn't manditory, sorry for being confusing. xD It's only if you want to, another option.
