It's pretty obvious to say that The White Stripes love their covers. They always do a few live and even put some on their albums. I think that they do great covers of songs and don't just make them sound the same as the original. What are your favorite covers by The White Stripes?
Mine are Jack The Ripper, Walking With A Ghost and Death Letter.
I really like their Dylan covers as well.

I love Black Jack Davy. And all of the covers on the first album.
Walking with a ghost? Not so much...it was too techno-y for me.
Are Rated-X and Lord, Send Me an Angel covers? Cause those are awesome.

Heh... All I have to say is that I'm glad to see that they aren't too proud to show that they admire other people's work- Yet never fail to make it thier own.
You can hear a lot of significant influences from other artists with a bunch of thier songs.
