 "You just have to fight for yourself. That's just life."
- Every student is issued a bag containing: food supplies, water bottles, female hygiene items, a map (w/ compass and pen) and a weapon
- The weapons are randomized and range from powerful firearms to useless toys
- Every six hours the names of the students who have been killed will be announced, along with the newest "Danger Zones"
- "Danger Zones" are areas on the island that activate the bombs in the students' collars if they linger in them too long; this is to prevent "camping" and hiding
- If no one is killed in a 24 hour period, all collars detonate (only 0.5% of Battles end in this fashion)
- Don't trust anyone.

The edges of the island alternate between beaches and cliffs and the triangle in the center of the map is the highest point - a mountain peak.
Choose a name from the list of students available HERE and you will be assigned a weapon. Having read the opening posts, you may join by PM'ing Avatar of Retribution with a PM titled "Batoru rowaiaru."

"What's wrong with killing? Everyone's got their reasons." I am moderator of this game. I "control" the game, in the sense that I decide when to change danger zones and how quickly time passes. I also control Kiriyama, one of the two transfer students. Kiriyama is a sadistic psychopath who enjoys killing and is responsible for a good 25% of the deaths in the film. Therefore if I deem it necessary Kiriyama will come for your character and kill them. He cannot die until the contestants are down to at most 5 remaining.

Choose a name from the class list on the map. This is to ensure that this roleplay retains the spirit of the Japanese film and also makes it easier for me to assign weapons. In your PM, state the character you'd like to be (just the name, it's up to you to give your character a personality and appearance, unless you want me to supply you with the original character's personality and appearance data). Your PM must also include a specific title, as mentioned in the previous post, and a statement of whether or not you've seen the Battle Royale film or read the novel/manga.
This is a roleplay for EVERYONE, literates, non-literates, and everyone in between. But by agreeing to join you give me the right to dispose of your character at any time. This is a Battle Royale, after all. If you need clarification on ANYTHING, rules, characters, setting, etc. feel free to PM me.
