Sorry, I bought all my Fushigi Yuugi anime through the internet, not download. :/ There are FY music videos at www.animemusicvideos.org if you're looking for some awesome AMVs, but other than that I dunno any downloadable FY.
If I knew how to transfer anime from the DVDs to a downloadable file, I would completely and totally put it up and available to everyone in the FY guilds I'm in. But, I don't know how to convert nor am I willing to spend money on buying a converter...
Other than the available titles, I think YuuWatase.Net or .Com or something like that (use Google?) has downloadable translated scans of a lot of Watase's works.
