he got stung in the chest by a stingray because he was swimming over it and thee camera man was swimming under it or sumthin i think and i guess it felt threatened then zzzap

Yes he died. Was it tragic? Of course. He left a wife and children behind.

But what really bugs the ******** out of me, is those total bastards all over the forums, including jokes about Irwin's death in their sig and posts. Like such greats as: "Stingrays on a ******** plane" and ect.

I don't find the death of good men to be a thing that is nice to joke about, frankly.
