Please read the entire first page before asking any questions, it will be helpful and there's a 95% chance that you're question is answered somewhere on the first page. If your question is still not answered, please PM the shop mule, a staff member or post in the thread, your question will be answered as soon as possible.
Note: If you are at any time grey or black-listed for whatever reason, violate rule seven in the shop rules, or make a sizeable offense, your pets will be taken away from you without refund. The shop owners has the right to ban anyone she does not want in the shop for whatever reason she has, whether it is Gaia-related or personal.
:Shop Rules
NO BUMPING THIS THREAD! It's not needed.
1.) Do not steal, edit, or otherwise alter these images if you don't work for us. Doing so will result in an immediate (and permanent) blacklisting, and a report to a moderator.
Do not color these without permission from the shop owners first, please. Doing so will result in a grey-listing and maybe a ban if its serious enough
2.) No complaining, whining, begging, grovelling, using sympathy tactics, et cetera, to get your way. Please no depressive behaviour either, emotional tactics are a big no no. Its pixel pets not real life. Speaking about problems in an appropriate manner is fine, we all have them. And everyone needs someone to talk to, in order to sort things out. But emotional ploys and cries for attention are not acceptable. Nor are they tolerated. Please refrain from using such things to guilt others or make them feel bad. We realize sometimes you may not mean to make others feel bad but please refrain from that behaviour.
3.) Everyone must listen to Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna and the staff (check the Staff post for a list). You can be greylisted or temporarily banned if you choose not to listen to the staff, or permanently banned if your offense is sizeable. Do not piss of any of the staff, at any time. We work hard to bring you these creatures, make the shop run smooth and try to make the shop lots of fun, do not ruin this by arguing with us.
4.) Do not fight in this thread. This includes but isn't limited to: dragging other shop's business in, a vulgar word spar, and hurtful insults.
5.) Do not harrass other owners in any way, shape or form. If proof is provided and received with a complaint, you will be grey or black listed, pending on how abhorrid your behaviour was.
6.) Do not lie to Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna or the Staff.
7.) There is a rule to make a few posts, socially or rp, once a month in the main shop here. If Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna or staff find you've not posted complying to this or have not been here for many many many moons (like 2-3 months or more) without notifying us or our staff, then your pet will be considered abandoned. It will be taken from you and adopted out to another owner, without refund to you. We will not send out a warning message, especially if it has been an ongoing chronic problem. We reserve the right to remove your pets without further warning. If you've not been here 2-3 months or more without notifying us, then you don't care about your pet do you? We also check posts so if you are posting on a reg basis in other shops, we'll know and immediately remove them after 2-3 months of absence.
The rules a pet is purchased under serve as a contract. Please see this link for further details. This rule is legal and has been active in this shop since it began in Feb, 2004. If you purchase, or aquire, a pet from the shop, you HAVE, in a sense, signed your name in blood on the contract stating you will follow ALL the rules.

8.) Once you lifemate, you CANNOT break the lifemating unless you have approval from Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna. Please pm your reason(s) as to why and we shall review it and give you either approval or a denial to break the lifemating. Oout-of-character breedings are fine as long as it's approved by the owner of the DoE pet your pet is lifemated to. Should they deem they don't want it to happen, then the breeding will be denied. This is, after all, fair to them and out of respect you really should ask if they'd mind or not.
9.) When the shop mods/staff are dealing with an issue in the thread: do not requote the issue to agree or disagree, and do not say anything on the topic in the thread. Please don't get involved as it may cause further flamage or fights. If a shop mod is not on, kindly PM a staff member.
10.) Please follow the Rules set forth by GaiaOnline (TOS, etc) at all times, Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna & the DoE Staff will not hesitate to act upon and/or punish/report any misconduct occuring in this, or any other thread pertaining to the Draghi dell'infinità shop .
Roleplay Rules
1.) Feel free to roleplay in this thread. But, if you please, stick to Gaia's rules and regulations, and keep it PG-13.
2.) If you roleplay on an instant messenger when Gaia's throwing a hissy fit, that's perfectly fine. Please post it, so everyone can read what on earth those in question have been up to. :3 You may roleplay in PMs or instant messangers even if Gaia is acting perfectly normal, however, this rp MUST be posted in the main thread (or in a thread in the guild when we get rp threads going in there) each day when you're finished RPing, otherwise it will be considered non-existant. This is only fair so others can interact with the RP if they wish to, as well as only fair for other RPers to know whats going on with the storylines. If you decide you don't 'feel' like posting it in here, then it is simply non-existant and you won't be allowed to continue that RP in the thread whatsoever til those RPs are posted.
Colorist Rules
1.) All staff must listen to Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna or the rest of the Staff. What we say goes, since they owns the shop. Should anything need to be done in their absense, Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna will sometimes communicate through people on here that know them in-real-life, but in general Caitlyn/Beautiful Violence/Ryanna is here daily, after all her shop is her baby and she hates leaving it unattended. Shop Moderators are to be listened to; they have the authority to greylist most of the time.
2.) Colorists, please get the okay from owners of this shop before having an auction. She's in charge of the calander for Sales.
3.) If you are let go, or no longer wish to be a staff member of this shop (as-in quit), you do not hold any copyrights to any outlines, even if you altered them. They are property of the shop, they are our copyrights. Any colorings you submitted to us that haven't been sold yet can be sold without the 80% payment to you since you no longer work for the shop.
4.) The outlines are for use here on Gaia Online, in the shop only. Using them for profit is theft and will be severely dealt with.
5.) Any changes in the outlines dealing with Dragons must be comfirmed by us before being sold or auctioned. You're free to alter the lineart and be creative, but please don't sell it without our approval. Our permission is easy to get so please pass it by us first. We love new ideas and creativity, but we must see it first (copyright issues and stuff).
6.) You may not enter your images colored by you in any Art forum, such as Elfwood, DeviantART, or the Gaia Art Arena rating forum here. The coloring is your work, but the outline is still copyrighted to the owners and Naysha Aysha.
7.) Everyone may set there own prices for autobuys (in auctions, of course) as long as it is within reason. If it is found to be unreasonable then it will be reviewed and Owners will give you a fair range to set it in.
8.) Newly hired colorists are on a one month probationary period. If it doesn't work out, they will be let go.
