Physically, they look really cute together. But to me their relationship itself just doesn't seem to go beyond friends. But even in the show, it's clear that they are extremely close to each other, definitely to the extent that you could call it a brother-sister like relationship.
I just have trouble seeing Mana have romantic interest in anyone at the time of the show, not just Atemu. So I think there may have been potential there for some more-than-friends feelings to develop, but they were really never given time for that to happen.
but that's just my opinion on the matter.

Eh... I agree with Ohkami and yugis_girl. I can't see this as more than a brother/ sister type relationship. I mean they do look cute and have their moments I suppose, but they were also friends since they were kids. I'm just having trouble going past that.
But we're all free on our opinions right?
