I think we need a general order form, meow. . . but I'm not sure if artists are going to sell flat out (one item) or headshot, bust shot, cg. . . etc.
What do you think?

Well... It's actually really easy to make if you just know what things will change... And it helps to have pictures for avatar/OC art.

This is a basic Order form (And it's in blue, how pretty):
Order Form
Username:
Fullbody/headshot/bust shot/chibi/insert what you wish here PICK ONE:
Image of character (avatar/OC):
Pose:
Background (simple/complicated):
Colored/toned/lineart/sketch PICK ONE:
Traditional/CG:
-------------
Total:
Now this is what the form would look like for the part of the shop I'd create. You can change this as much as you want. And don't keep the red part.
Also, some people charge extra for backgrounds, CG versus traditional, etc... So choose the prices. The client does the math. Or their calculator, at the very least.

Maybe each artist should just edit their waiting list with their own specific order? Because not everyone will be offering the same thing, of course.

Well, all artists can have a different one (I'll explain what I mean in a little)
This is just an example of an order form someone might use.
Okay, this were my ideas we could organize the shop (It would make it easier for everyone):
1. Every artist working in the shop will have their own post, explaining their prices, and what they'll be ready to draw.
2. Each artist would have a reserved post, in which they'll put the link to their part of the shop (a separate topic (in the guild forums?))
