Are made up spells better then the ones found it books or are the ones found in books better?
I find that its easier to use the ones found in books though sometimes I prefer to use spells that I came up with. I like my own spells simply because it came from me and so it will have a little extra wompf to it since it came from my own mind.

Really it comes down to what type of spells you like to do. For me I like using my own spells. They have always worked great for me.

Thats good. I have heard that the ones you make up yourself work better. Then again sometimes its easier to just do the ones someone else came up with.

Point taken. except for things dealing with High Magick (spirit/demon summoning, the Grimoire of Armandel, etc.) these things should be left to experts. but yes i like to use my own spells.

Lucifer Itachi Point taken. except for things dealing with High Magick (spirit/demon summoning, the Grimoire of Armandel, etc.) these things should be left to experts. but yes i like to use my own spells. Its okay if you know what you are doing. And you can put up the appropriet safe guards then its okay to do summonings of any kind. Though I highly recommend you do Demon Summoning spells when you are in a coven to add all the powers of the people involved. If that makes sense

yeah, that's why i'm looking for a local coven. I want to learn some of these things from someone highly experienced in the Craft.

If I could find a local coven I would think about joining but I have no idea where the covens are. Plus the communite that I moved into has a Catholic church on every corner. Its kinda creepy
