President- The President has the power to propose and veto amendments to the constitution. He has the abilty to propose war. He may appoint officers to the posts of the cabinet pending senate approval. Must be 35 years of age, a natural born citizen and lived in the nation for at least 10 years. He is elected by a majority vote by the people. He will be limited to 2 five year terms.
Vice President- President of the Senate Presides Over Senate Sessions. Must be 30 years of age, and a natural born citizen of the Nation. Appointed by the president. May only be vice-president while the president who appointed him/her is president, until he/she is appointd by a future president or the president who appointd him/her term is up.
Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces- The Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces. He has the ability to propose war, and to porpose amendments dealing with the armed forces. He however does not have the power to veto amenments that are passed by congress. Appointed by a majority vote of the combined senate, house, and People's Assembly. Must be 35 years of age, and a natural born citizen, lived in nation for at least 5 years. Limited to an unlimited number of 5 year terms.
Senate- A single senator is elected by a majority of the people in his/her state. They must live in the state they run for, and must be 30 years of age. Each senator is limited to a 4 year term. Each Senator may propose amendments and acts.
Representive House- Along with the Senate approves and proposes amendments. They mst be 25 years of age and a citizen of the state they are running for. They have 2 year terms and may may propse laws and acts.
People's General Assembly- An assembly that is open to all citizens of the country over 18. This assembly may vote on laws passed by the house and senate. They may propose amendments. If a proposed amendment is accepted by a 2/3 majority, it passes to the House. This is elaborated on below.
All laws/amendments are passed by a 2/3 majority of the houses.
Judicial- Group of judges from each state. They form the highest court in the nation. They determine wheter passed amendments violate the Constitution of other amendments of the Constitution. If a law does, it will be removed, or rewritten. Rewritten laws must pass through the passing process.
Law/Act Passing Process:
A law may be proposed at any level, but it must start the passing process at the bottom.
People's Assembly votes on whether to pass.. if yes, passes to House, If No, act/amendment is struck down and may not be reproposed for 5 years.
House, should a law make it to the house, a majority vote will pass it to the senate.
Senate, If a bill makes it here, and they pass it, the president may choose to veto or sign the bill.
Pres, If signed the bill becomes law, and must within 2 years of passing be reviewed by the courts for constiutionality.
Courts- If it is constiutional it will continue to be in effect if not, it is removed, and must be rewritten or dropped. Should the court not make it to a bill, it is suspended until the can.
Judges, after appointed, are at their posts for 10 years. should they choose to step down before term is up, the state whose judge stepped down must elect a new one.
All members of all parts of the government are bound by the constitution. Should they be held in question of their actions, the People's assembly may vote for impeachment. If approved, the final decision of impeachment rest with a majority vote 3/4 of the supreme court.
