I’ve seen the first series on YouTube, hears a place where you can buy both series for around $20 each. Top Anime DVD.My favorite Rozen is Suigintou.

Suigintou IS awesome. Did you see the OVA Ouverture by any chance? It's so sad. I have complete empathy for Suigintou now. The beginning almost made me cry.
