To all Guardians: I would like to think that this would never happen, but life throws many fast balls that we miss. So in the case that your Account must be taken away for whatever reason, I would like to know what you, as the Guardian, would like to be the next step in your Account's life whether it be rehoming, death, contests, disappearance or something else. Please write a statement stating your Account and who you would like it to goto if not what to be done with your Account. 2 months of hiatus/in-activity will mean a warning. If the warning isn't replied to within that week, with notice of in-activity or return of, then the Account will be automatically seized by the shop and rehoming if you have not posted a statement of will and testament.

I, Yiiei, being of practical and cautious nature, hereby do name the following actions to be of presidence if the unlikely occur:
Being the busy college student I am and now participating in many RL activities, I would like take the cautious step of writing out my will so that I know if and when I disappear or must give up PLC, that the shop will be in good hands. I leave the shop to the assistant manager of the shop, Enoh Love, and if she too refuses then to the artist Faewynd.
I doubt that I will ever leave Gaia or PLC without notice, but if I do then those are my wishes.

I, The Nozomi, of chubby body and grumpy mind, submit the following instructions on the event of my leaving.
I do NOT plan on leaving Gaia for any reason or length of time but in the event that I die or get put into a coma...sigh. If he's a teen or older, he'll move out, live on his own, and will be NPC'd by the owners, if they deem needed. If he has a significant other at that point, they may (to his IC extent) as well.
If he is younger then a teen, I'd like him relocated to a new home via writing contest. If no one fits his personality, though, I'd like him to disappear. It's selfish of me, but I'd rather no one get him then someone who couldn't do him justice.

I, Flamefire123, of firey sprit and lazy body do hereby declare that if by some unforseeable incdent I can no longer care for Merric and Thatch I ask that he first be offered to Happyzac as she would be the on to RP with him the most. If Happyzac has a PLC or refuses him I would like Merric to go to Kyocho who I know would RP him well. If Kyocho also has a PLC or does not want Merric I would like him to go to Fall of Reason under the formentioned conditions.
If he is still not adopted well then just screw it, give him away in some sort of contest (hopefully for reduced price) or NPC him. I would rather him have an owner so someone else can enjoy my terrifing priate Lord and I hope that he will have a long life of RPing and pillaging.

I, ladyumbra of tired mind and hungry body etc etc . If i suddenly leave and Mira has to be taken I'd like her placed in the care of Koosheka or reremazinng both know my style well and could see where I was going with Mira.
If that proved to be impossible I'd like her rehomed via writing contest with koosh and rere as judges for the above stated reasons.

I, Shane, being of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, and 100% crazy do hereby declare that if I suddenly dissapear, I wish for a search to be done by all my online friends [I'll be able to be gotten ahold of by somebody. If that's not the case, then presume I'm dead, because honestly I wouldn't disapear without warning unless I was either 1) Dead 2)In a coma 3) Had amnesia 4) My house burnt to the ground and all my friends died 5) Repo men [etc. other such extremes].
If after that time I can't be reached, I wish for Rune to be given to one of my close Gaia friends. They know who they are! [Umm...Ieeko preferably I'd say]. They must also know a bit about where I was going with my plot as well, so that they can keep it up.

Booyah! If I can no longer be found on Gaia, it means something horrible has happened to me and I will likely never return. Please hold a writing contest or other form of rehoming for Katurian and Michal, and find them a person who will roleplay them in all of their repressed/perky glory respectively. heart

I, Filly, in the event of my death/accident that renders me unable to work the computer/downright laziness/apathy for Gaian(and/or) the internet/failure to pay my bills so the internet becomes disconnected/etc etc etc would like for lestat to be given away via a writing contest. Sankku <3

First, I would like them to be offered to Midnight Mare because she would be the one to roleplay her the most. If for some reason she does not want her, then I would like a writing contest to be held for her.

I, Raven, (hereafter referred to as the Owner) being of questionable mind and nature, do hereby bequeath in the event of unthinkable circumstances keeping the Owner from the realm of Gaia Darius and Charisma (hereafter referred to as the Children) unto Jan the Verse (hereafter referred to as the Recipient) should she accept such a task. In the event that the Recipient refuses taking charge of the Children, it is the wish of the Owner that there be a writing contest held in order to discern the most adequate new caretaker.

If I am to disappear for more than 6 months, please assume I am dead. If I have disappeared for 3 months, please attempt to contact me via email or through the gaian with the username of naerri to ask how I am faring.
Should I be gone for more than 6 months, please have my account "Frozen" and have Oche and Garapon vanish. However it would be wonderful to give the opportunity to another person to have their own account, but have it start at the stage that Oche and Garapon last achieved. Perhaps through a writing contest?
All I ask is that no one else becomes Oche's guardian because I am rather attatched to her concept n.n
