Literally it was one of those days, the kind that are hot and muggy and humidity off the river made even the most pretty of the "River Rats" sweat. THe leaves on the trees were as green as apples and if one stared at them long enough the sour taste of Granny Smith will start to sweep into ones mind. On the streets of gray of metal creatures rolling down them people were scarce and if out wearing shorts and tank tops.

The sun was high sky and clouds were missing to paint the perfect picture. Once here before to find herself and the rumors of her past Ann Marie stepped back on the streets. This time unheld by the mind of man that can manupliate dreams. Gambit can see again, but Rogue wanted to see her home town the way it was without the help dreams.

Dressed in a black strappless top with fish net top in green, she moved fluidly through the streets remebering the dream to find her own way around. Her white streak of birth was tied into the sweet sugah mane that sat up in poney tail that brush her water from her shoulders. Pale skin greated the sun and drank it taking in the vitamins it normally forbidden to taste.

Eyes of Ireland watched the streets as golved hands touched brick on the houses mindlessly. The shops were coming closer to her but she didn't take mind of it, the thing she noticed was a little icecream shop on the corner. Reaching the small shop the woman stepped in and ordered a cookies and creme float. Yumm her favorite, cookies!

Rogue got up and walked out the shop still enjoying the cookie type treat. Her green eyes watched widened looking and the long purple car that was running other cars off the road. What a manic! Anna hardly knew of the this person and his deeds but she kept walking on in his genral dirction hoping that he would not run into the creature.

Was that a mutant? Rogue mind whirled like around as she tried to figure out why the man's skin was snow white and bright green hair that even put Polaris' hair to shame. Her lips 'o' and brows furred. Orbs of prefect untouched wilderness turned to the distruction he caused. This was her vacation.

Walking up to the man an glove tapped him on the shoulder. "Ah hope ya have da means t' pay fo' the damange."

The southren belle's frown deepen. This was her vacation. " Well den Sir, Ah gunna have t' show ya some southren hospitality." Her tone was dark and fists formed at her sides. Crashing to the ground the the pavement ripped a bit of her fishnet shirt. Oh a gun! "Is dat 'posed t' scare meh? Ah dare ya. Shot Meh!" she hissed as a crowd gathered around them. People watched in horror as the scene continued to happened. Rogue knew what she going to do. The bullet hit her skin, it won't do anything and thme slug him into next Thursday with a kiss.

Oh umamusing, a bang sign. A soft eye brow was raised in total question of the action. It didn't seem relevent to the nature of the game. Noticing the gernade making head way to the crowd and currnetly a spear being shot out her, Rogue rolled out of the way. She felt the sharp pain of the spear as it niked her shoulder but that was the emergancy yet. Sub sonic Flight carried the woman to the gerande, the "vroom" was hard as she cought it and brough it about 50-60 feet in the air before it exploded knocking the mutant to the ground.

Like Magma's flames before the blast hardly harmed her. Her clothing was ripped and bare skin was mocking anyone to try to touch her. With a moan she pushed herself up finding her self again nearby the freak her features quickly took a battle ready look.

Super Enhanced? Did it appear that Weapon X had raped her? No. Thye never touched a hair on her pretty little head. She frowned and lefted her body to flight. She was only a few inches off the ground. Hick Girl? What in Heaven's name? "Da name is Rogue." She hissed, getting sick of the dirty names the clown was coming up with. Part of her wished Sage was around a few uncontrolable powers might a good idea.

Rogue looked ar watch for a moment then stepped towards the front of the car. Hearing the engine start she merely lifted the back. Now Wolverine would be strain to hold the car in place but Strenght Class 50 this nothing. A smirked curled over her lips as she looked at her nails only to to look inside to see the Joker's face. This is what you get for ruining her cookies.

Felling the car push back She placed two hands under it and tried to hold it place. Her feet slide backwards and drops of sweat where found on her face. What kinda party is this any ways. He nearly killed a bunch of people? Wait till Eric hears about it him.

Feeling Her muscles tigteen and balance failing her jumped up into flight she easily follow him.
