[[Ok this is not fair! I get three people haha.]]
Hikari listened to the group as the split up. It seemed like everyone had to go off into groups with the understanding that they would meet up once their goals were met. Seemed fair enough. But then she relised something. She was going to be paired up with.. Tasuki. And Kay would have to come along as well. She wasn't going with the drunk or the princess, and she doughted anyone wanted Kay. This was certianly a uncomfertable postion for her. She looked at Tasuki and sighed, "Would I be asuming we would be going together. Don't have to worrie about me. I don't steal Jewles.. They have no vaule to someone like me. Its not like I go out or anything.." She turned around and mubled. "And its not like I am ever asked out.." She looked down at Kay and smirked "Think you can distract the store owners long enough for me to steal something good?" She looked over her should to find Tasuki still there. Her face as blank as a peice of paper. "I usally steal before the owners are opened up. I guess we took to long.. maybe it was because you had to through that stupid sword at me.." her voice trailed off as she walked over to the village and looked out onto the small village in peices, and it reminded her of so much. She almost missed where she came from. She didn't like it here. She never had any real say in anything and her emtions were controling her.

"Aww, didnt know you cared." Tasuki wasnt expecting anyone to tag along. Sure enough the annoying girl came along, and it was so much fun to tease her, especially when her sister is around. He kinda wanted Kira to come with but the new guy seemed to have her wrapped his slimey little fingers. She really had to grow up. As Hikari spoke, Tasuki made his snide remarks. "I said dont buy jewels, didnt say anything about not stealing them. Worth good money, but good luck finding something like that off these folk." He didnt hear her mumbling before, but then again he wasnt paying attention. Concerning 'I dont go out' he said. "Im not surprised."
She offered her plan and he yawned. "Yeah shouldnt be too hard." she continued her sentence. He scoffed. "Right, thats what totally wasted our time, not the monsters or throwing your sisters doll in the tree or walking off on your own. Yeah, me throwing my sword screwed up the whole night. Lets just get some damn money and worry about who screwed up later."

When he started to say she was wrong she turned and walked over to him. She looked him in the eye with a serious look. "Listen now. I am a diffenerent type of woman and I am not to be screwed with. I am not like that missus who would rather do her nails then fight, or that healer girl. I am a what you might say.. a girl with a attudie problem. So lets get it out of the air now. I don't like you. And you don't like me. So stop telling me how screwed up I am and just do what we are surposed to do. So we can get the ******** [how we can swear. I will remove it] home." She turned around and looked down at Kay. She whispered "Never say that word.."
She looked up and walked into the village. It was hardly worth the dirt it was bulit on. But it would do. She pulled out a cloack and put the hood over her face. A man had set up infront of his house. She walked up to him and asked in a more sweet voice then her own. "Can you check in your cellar if you got any patatos?" She said this not seeing any on the table. He nodded and went to the back of his house, to the cellar the in the ground. She pulled all the cash from the black box and put it in her pocket. She walked back to Tasuki. She took off the hood and put it back in her bag. She used it often to hide who she was. She passed the money to Tasuki with a glare. "Got your money. Happy?"

Not even the boss could get him to do something if he clearly didnt want to do it. He just scoffed and retaliated with that. He gave her an odd look from what she just saw. Already he could see there was a problem. A food market in early morning. And sure enough she handed him a dozen or so crinkled up bills. He shot her an unimpressed look. "Great, forty three more of these and we might be getting somewhere. Some theif you are. Any idiot can do that."

Still looking at Tasuki she could see his looks. She rolled her eyes. "Yeah some idiot. And any idiot can say something like that without thinking about it. I have been in the woods for more then 2 weeks with Kay. I haven't stolen anything latley. Its called rusty.. and for another thing did you relise I wiped that man clean. He had nothing. You almost need to wait for a popular stand to slow down. And when you go over to them they are climbing over back wards to help you.." Her voice trailed off and she looked around the village and say alot of people by a stand. She wited a moment. Then another few seconds. No one was there. The stand owner obously bored and wanting a customer she looked over at Tasuki. "I will be back in a moment."
She pulled back on her hood and walked over to the stand. It was a jewlery stand. Fine jewlery. Rings, necklaces and pendants. She looked over the items as the stand owner waited for her descion. She looked up at him with a inccoent look. She spoke oftly. "Do you have that ring in.. pink?" The ring she was reffering too had it in many colors. But that was the only color she never say. She hated pink though. The shop keep seemed excited. It was an expensive ring. He nodded his head and turned around and walked into his small hut. She looked around. Of corse he had his money box hidden. it was a jewl stand. She pulled out all the money. It could have been at least $400 in there. Maybe more. He had a good day.. so far. She could tell. She looked through th jewls once more and picked up a necklace. It was a siliver chain with a dark purple jewle.
She placed it in her bag and walked back over to Tasuki. She looked back over her shoulder. The shop keeper seemed confused where she had gone. He never even bothered with the money box. It never even came to him she was a theif. She looked back to Tasuki and placed all the money in his hands. She seemd a little confused. "Why do you need money any ways? I have never bought a thing in my life. You just ask them to look in the back or when they are serving someone else just act like your just broswing. Its really easy.." She placed the necklace in her bag. She wasn't even going to tell him why she wanted it. He would just make fun at that too. At frist she just didn't trust him, then she thought he wasn't half bad, but now he was just being flat out rude.

A bit of drool appeared at the corner of his mouth but he was quick to wipe it away. He laughed loudly before patting her on the back. He wore a big smile. "Jolly good. That is something we call reinforcement. I knew you were useful." To think, he was ready to plain out mug someone for the funds. He stopped patting her when he heard what to say. She earned his respect for a few hours so he wasnt plaining on teasing her for now anyway. "Thats odd coming from you, but I suppose you steal for nessicity, and of course its easy, these are just shops. On a criminals standpoint, your small time but whatever works for you. Well, with money you dont have to anymore, no risks of getting caught, and no one tracking you down if they happen to see you leave. And besides, there are somethings you cant just steal." He regained his smile again. "Hey why not spend some time just relaxing? Theres plenty here for the rest of the group, and I think you deserve to get you and your sister a little something, afterall you earned it." He slid the money into his pocket. She didnt seem to need it, but he wasnt planning on just walking away with it. All he needed was a drink and some real food and he would be happy.

She looked down at Kay not really involded and then up at him. "I think I will be perfectly fine. And I dought Kay needs anything. She got her 'spot' I think I will take a little time to relax. If you want you can go off somewhere.." She could tell by his cheeryness he was happy he got the money, but it didn't seem that he really wanted to be there.
She walked over to the egde of the woods and lid up aginst it as she sat onto the ground. she looked up at Tasuki and then looked down. She put her hands behind her head and looked up at the clear, blue sky. The coulds were almost like they had some else to be, because there was not a singal one in sight. She thought about Tasuki. She had a feeling about him. Not a bad feeling, but a funny feeling, and this was a feeling she never had before. She couldn't quite describe it. But when he teased her she was angery as hell, but when he smiled.. it was a totally different feeling. She sang softly underneth her breath.
I was stained,

Tasuki found himself frowning when she walked off by herself. He called after her. "Umm, alright. Just dont go running off alright." He looked to Kay to see whether who she would follow. He smiled at her. "Better keep up. Im gonna grab a few things, you can get something too if you come with." He turned and parted ways, giving her ample time to catch up. The business district they were in looked pretty lively and with the money in hand, everything seemed to seem within reach. Tasuki looked over the usual things, knives, bottles, of wine, some black jackets. He managed to grab a bottle but everything else seemed unnessicary. Taking a swig, something caught his eye. Another jewelry cart, but on it was a silver bracelet with a blue gem in it. It didnt look like a real saphire, and judging by the price it wasnt but despite, the piece looked pretty good, not overly flashy but definitely something of beauty and design. Suddenly he remembered about how Hikari said she didnt have any jewelry. He figured it would be a nice gift, besides it was her money anyway. He paid the price and stashed it in his pocket. He wondered how Hikari would react, probably get it thrown back in his face. But whatever. They still had plenty left. He made his way back to where she left him, finding her quickly sitting on the ground by a tree. She looked so lonely when she did that, even if there was a forced smile on her face. He approached slowly with his hands in his pockets. "You cant possibly prefer the trees to a nice pub." He kneeled next to her. "Oh and since, your going to go out more often." he took out the bracelet and held it out to her. "Thought you might like this."

She herd some one speaking to her. She looked up to see Tasukis face, but he was closer then usally. She smirked a this comment about the pub. But it was a little smug. "There is such thing as a nice pub.." But she was a little cut off as he pasted her the bracelet. She accually held it, not rejecting it for a few moments. She poundered over the necklace and his words. She looked at him a little lost, confused and far away. She was about to ask why he had bought it, but then he explained. What did he mean by that? Going out? She never gone out, and didn't plan on starting. She spoke slowly and a soft studder. "W-What do you mean? Go out more often? How am I going out more often?"
Her eye went back to the jewlery. It was pretty. But she couldn't wear it. She would have to save it like the necklace she took. But she was saving that for something special. She wasn't completaly sure but she would know when the time came. She held the bracelet in her hand for another few moments and spoke softly still staring at it. "Thank you Tasuki."

He didnt exactly here her say it but said "Your welcome." anyway, which he would have done if she liked it or not. Feeling happy that was his good duty for the day, he got back to other things in mind. "Well, were pretty much done our job, care to find the others, maybe enjoy yourself a bit, or slink off further into the forest alone?"

She let her face go blank and then she looked down and thought about if she wanted to slink back into the woods. She shook her head. "I don't want to find the others or go back into the woods. I don't really care what you want to do. But I think I will stay right here. I don't think I am old enough to get into the bars. I could sneak in but I really don't want to. So you can either drink your brains out or sit here. Its your choice.." She looked up at the sky and slightly was lost in her thoughts. She couldn't really put a word on the feelings she had towards this boy. They were.. rather mixed. It slightly confused her but she kept it so well hidden she still had her emtionless face on.

She let her face go blank and then she looked down and thought about if she wanted to slink back into the woods. She shook her head. "I don't want to find the others or go back into the woods. I don't really care what you want to do. But I think I will stay right here. I don't think I am old enough to get into the bars. I could sneak in but I really don't want to. So you can either drink your brains out or sit here. Its your choice.." She looked up at the sky and slightly was lost in her thoughts. She couldn't really put a word on the feelings she had towards this boy. They were.. rather mixed. It slightly confused her but she kept it so well hidden she still had her emtionless face on. He considered her options, he wasnt old enough either but he still gets it eventually. 'Drink my brains out.' "Sounds like fun. But I think Ill stay here for a minute. Could use the sit down. Obviously didnt get much sleep last night." He leaned his head back on the tree and looked at the clouds between the trees. "Just had a thought. After what happened last night, I dont think any of us should go off alone anymore. The world wasnt all that safe before but I think something dark is aware of what were supposed to be doing, so its only going to get worse.

She looked at him sitting next to her. She let a half smile fade in slightly. She spoke softly as he was right next to her and she didn't see the need for speaking loud. "Tasuki, Last night, before the monsters came. Why did you tell me to lighten up on her? I haden't seen anyone else in 2 weeks and I have been putting up with her alone for so long. Why would you even think that was the time to tell me my parneting skills aren't any good? I dought that you've ever had to care for someone as young as her. Or rasie a child." SHe looked down and then relised she was a little harsh but he knew nothing about how hard it was for a 8 year old to have a kid."

Her eyes seemed to wander over to him. His lips kept moving but for some reason she wasn't really paying attention. She herd one thing and one thing only. 'Must be night to have a family.' He had none. But that never surpised her. She smirked a little bit and mubled. "So what? The stork just dropped you on your head?" She looked down at her bag and then at him. "Famliys aren't really what its cracked up to be. I haven't had one date in my entire life because I have been baby sitting for 8 years without pay. Sounds fun right? I almost want to dump her off on you guys and run. But I dought it would work very well. You guys probley want to shooot me after 5 mintues." She looked back at the sky with a slight smile. She rather did like looking up into the sky. But Tasuki was still on her mind. She had to figure out and soon what these feelings really were. She couldn't tell them apart from hate or something else. But she knew she could only show hate because thats what all her emtions usally are. So this wasn't no differnet.
