Batman, all the way.
Post-Crisis Superman (the one we have now) is a wimp.
Pre-Crisis Superman (the one from before) was unkillable, yeah, but he's no match for the Dark Knight.
And, no, there never were two different Superman's, but Pre-Crisis Superman and Post-Crisis Superman are different because Crisis changed Superman.
Here's how it goes down.
Batman vs Post-Crisis Superman
Superman opens the fight by flying at the Dark Knight at top speed. Batman pulls out that nifty kryptonyte ring of his and Superman veers off course and crashes into something, Batman keeps with the kryptonyte ring until Superman is dead. Batman wins.
Batman vs Pre-Crisis Superman
Of course, Superman flies at Batman. I don't think Batman had a kryptonyte ring then so he instead pulls out one of his gadgets from that belt of his. This particular gadget traps Superman in a block of ice forever. Superman is alive but not conscious so he can't use his heat vision to get outta this one. Batman keeps Superman in a freezer forever and uses him to make Kryptonian-flavored ice cream. Batman wins.
As you see, Batman wins all the time.
The only person who might stand a chance against the Dark Knight would be The Flash.
