I barely got through the review, right away I decided it was bullshit.
There's MANY uses of the word NURSE. MANY implications of the role of a nurse! Uptight dorkus majorus!

I think that's rather stupid, as that song is more aymbolic then anything. I don't think he was taking a shot at nurses, it was more about close betrayl and all that.
