As far as I am cocerned I will be acting as both storyteller and my own charechter, dont worry I will be very fair twoards eveyone.

The Storyline: This will take place 10 years before the Ishballin conflict, this will be a completely coustom storyline.

For anyone who plays I Will Put down A basic Charechter Template Feel Free to make any changes you want but these are some feilds to get you started.

Scene: Two men walking down the streets of central
(man 1) "Have you heard", (man 2) "Heard what", (man 1)"you havent been reading the news about all the killings that have been hapening to members of the military, 18 dead within the past month". the second man scoffs (man 2 *whispering*) "If you ask me I think they deserve it, they order us around like a bunch of cattle, i tell ya theres no freedom left anymore." The men Go back to thier conversation. This has been the buzz for over a month now. The fact that this news has spread to other outlying towns has done nothing to help the military, 18 soliders dead in a couple of months. The military has no leads to Go on . The military fears their own safety. homever this killer is she or he has done a fine job keeping him or herself off the path of the militrary. even some of the best state alchemits have searched and found nothing. The military knew something needed to be done they feared sending their own men for the fact that they might not come back alive. This brings us to central where for the past couple of weeks the military militray has sent word all over by paper, radio, & flyers.

Place: Inside A local TavernHotel
The tavern is at about half capacity as the bartender stands there servng drinks and cleaning glasses. the room is a buzz with chatter some talking about alchemy, some about the military and the recent deaths. but mostly about this reward the militrary is offering and what they will they have to do, "these are dire times indeed" one person can be heard saying. as the bartender goes back to his duties.

2. no godmoding no auto hits or all dodge
3. no controling other controling others charachters
4. i will be rp master of this so i will control day and night and if someone leaves they can give thier char to someone to kill off or for me to play
