....It's not really a band from what i can make of it..he just groups up with other people and makes music....amusing songs though...

I don't know much about new bands until they become big... but I only found out about this band recently:
The Academy Is...
they were participants in a song for the "Snakes on a Plane" soundtrack and I saw a music video for them on Fuse for their song The Phrase that Pays...
I found the lead singer to be attractive redface so tis why I tried to find more songs by them but haven't had any luck. If anyone can help me find them t'would be nice.
They're categorized as Indie or Alternative rock...

search them on mininova.com, you might have to get a bittorrent to get them
a good one if you dont have one is µtorrent just google search utorrent.
