Jiko Shijou Shugisha no Nare no Hate (Instrumental) I loved it, it was upbeat, very smooth. Really enjoyed listening to it. I knew I was gonna like the Instrumental songs he made! 8D
Selfish Love-Aishitekure, Aishiteru kara- I’m not too sure about my thoughts on this one yet. I liked it but then I didn’t. The beat and rhythm were great to me, but the song didn’t seem to fit with it in my thoughts. Like it should have been a tad more slower, not really sure though! Cause once again I’m fully not sure of my thoughts on this song.
Please, Please, Please I really liked this 8D . Everything seemed to work too me. I loooooved the sounds for this song, really fast and peppy ((as you can tell I like giddy/happy/peppy stuff a lot >>)). I like this song a lot and it’s mostly just for the beat, though his voice does go well with it I just really love the beat. XD;;
Dear my love... Okay I’m so falling in love with all the music for this CD. And his voice doesn’t even count to me so far, though it really is wonderful. XD;; It’s really mellow and I like how the words are whispered in this song, it goes well with this music. This is a mellow song, and I don’t hear much of that now so I’m really glad to hear this song.
Boku wa Shitteru. OMG this is so sweet. I was like flipped out at how it started but once when the music came in, it I was like ‘–girly weird grin-‘ cause it really is so sweet and pretty. Gives out a really calm feeling, I like that. I like in how at one part there are sounds of knocking going with the beat, and it’s played all by itself, no vocal. That was really awesome to me for some reason. I have to say so far from listening this is actually my favorite song. I love all the new beats added into it, like that weird roll of the tongue sound. Yeah, I really love this song. <3
How to Love This one kinda scared me at first cause it started off sounding too much like Senor Senora Senorita and I don’t like that song. So I was scared about this one. I’m not saying it’s bad but it doesn’t really fit into my taste. It’s really good, love the beat at parts but I really just can’t get into this song. =/
Baka no Hito It sounded really weird, the whole echo I heard in his voice made me go all ‘O_o’. I love the song once it gets to 2:10 or at least around there. The beginning I really didn’t care for, but it started to change into a better song to me in the middle. It’s a so-so song. XD;;
Kimi Ni Funky Monkey Vibration The title really got my attention, I’ll say that much. And seeing the title has ‘Funky Monkey’ in it, I though it was gonna maybe turn out to something like Pop Is Dead, or Peace Sign but it’s actually quite different. I like it, in its own special way. This is one of those songs you like but can NEVER figure out why, know what I’m talking about? Yeah this one fits into that slot.
We love you-Sekai wa Kimi o Aishiteru- Seeing this is just a different version from the one off MYV POPS, without all the added voices and stuff. I love this one a bagillion better, this song was so great. It’s ten times better without those voices going all ‘weeee youooou’ or whatever they said XD;; and all thr other add ins. Just having Miyavi’s voice only was far better in my taste. Also the beat, it different at parts on this one, I find I really like it better even more cause of that. This version is the one I like the most.
Aishiteru kara Hajimeyou Miyavi seems to have a way of making me like sweet soft, love type songs. Cause normally I NEVER listen to stuff like this, just plain out hate it. But his voice makes them so sweet and romantic; the beats here are so soft and just perfect to me. He doesn’t seem to ******** it up like every other artist I know of who tried it. ((GOD JOB MIYAVI 8D)) Really cute, sweet, soft, mellow, and romantic. This song is really wonderful.
Jiko Ai, Jigajisan, Jiishiki Kajou (Instrumental) HOLY CRAP, I almost fell out my seat listening to this! I love this song, the screaming part is so cool X3!! Everything just like he is saying/doing those weird beat noises fits so well into this song. And I swear to god this would have been like a PERFECT song for an episode on Cowboy Bebop. I really wish it was, TTwTT. Oh and may I say the laugh/chuckle at the end pulled it all off. XD
Are you ready to love? Again with this song should have been on Cowboy Bebop, or at least that’s what I think. Normally I hate when singers mess with their voices to either sound like they are speaking in a microphone, or something to make it all just not what you normally hear. ((COUGHLokiNRollCOUGH)) That made me a little fearful about this song; I didn’t really like it at first because of the effect added to his voice. I got used to it though, and it seemed to work in some weird way only Miyavi seems to be able to pull off in my eyes. Beat was awesome, voice pulled me away a bit, still though really good song.
Um yeah there’s my shitty, stupid, and somewhat big review on this album >>;; I really want to order this album now. –runs to scramble money from mother- I hope she’ll let me.

I'm not sure as to where to post this but since the song is off this album, I'll ask it here. If it's not supposed to be here, just delete this post right quick. X3
I heard that there is a PV for Selfish Love, does anyone here happen to have it? I found it on one lj for Miyavi but it wouldn't let me download it D; I think the file was dead.

XD Well, since someone else addressed the question...
Questions like that though do belong here just because it pertains to a track that is also on the album. The PV itself is pretty much promoting the album too.

I just got this CD today and I'm sooooooooooooooooooo happy about it!
The postman rang my doorbell and I was like "OMG! -dies of shock-" because I wasn't expecting it to get here so soon. (I ordered it like, two days ago.)
I absolutely love it! <3333
@Rawr 112 and Neko-Chan-Battosai: I posted the Romanji lyrics to Baka na Hito in the Translated Lyrics thread. 3nodding
**I would still love the English lyrics to the song though, if anyone can tanslate them.

One day soon I'll post my own romaji and translation up, but I haven't had a lot of time due to other issues (including school) to sit down and do that. Romaji's fairly easy to do rather quickly, but doing a full on translation can be complicated sometimes because you have to pick the correct nuance of the word and decipher puns or double meanings and other things. Miyavi being an artist I admire quite a lot, I really want to try to bring his words some good justice for his non-Japanese speaking fans. I can't be careless with it. =/

#1.Jiko Shijou Shugisha no Nare no Hate (Instrumental) Even though it has no words, the way he jams on the guitar never ceases to amaze me. 10 out of 10. #2.Selfish Love-Aishitekure, Aishiteru kara- This song is ok, it didn't really catch my attention. not a song that i would listen to repeatedly. 7 of out 10. #3.Please, Please, Please One of my favorites on the album. The guitar riffs and everything just sort of blend together. 9 out of 10. #4.Dear my love... Hah i thought it was cute to make another version of dear my friend. i like how he whispers in the song instead of full blown out signing, it makes it more romatic. 9 out of 10. #5.Boku wa Shitteru. cute song. 8 out of 10 #6.How to love ok song. 7 out of 10 #7.Baka na Hito another one of my favs. i like the little spanish sound of it. 8 out of 10. #8.Kimi ni Funky Monkey Vibration absolute fav. 10 out of 10. who can resist a "funky monkey vibration"? makes no sense, but its definitely a unique song. #9.We love you-Sekai wa Kimi o Aishiteru- i loooooooove this acoustic version. it makes it sound so much more romantic than the original. 10 out of 10 #10.Aishiteru kara Hajimeyou eh....7 out of 10 #11.Jiko Ai, Jigajisan, Jiishiki Kajou (Instrumental) good stuff. same comment as number one. 10 out of 10
