I'm tired of Disney Channel actors and actresses signing classic Disney songs...they almost always kill them crying
I just saw the Ashley Tisdale "Kiss The Girl" music video today....and it was AWEFUL....i wanted to kill something. scream
so what do y'all think about D. Chan people signing classic D. movie songs?

Depends... some of them I think they make a good effort... others I'd like to strangle... sweatdrop I haven't heard a lot of the recent remixes though... I should go radioblog them or check on youtube... they usually have those songs, or an amv with those songs... whee

the only one I've ever liked was when a bunch of them go together and sang Circle of Life. it was decent.

[rant]Thank Walt! I knew I wasn't the only one that got MAJORLY TICKED by those stupid teeny-bopping Disney Channel "stars" ruining WONDERFUL, CLASSIC Disney songs!
UGH.
That first one they did, Circle of Life, wasn't so bad. BUT THEN EVERYONE WANTED TO REMIX DISNEY, WHEN IT'S PERFECTLY FINE THE WAY IT IS.[/rant]

They're good the way they are! Don't ruin them!
Why do the Disney stars do that anyway? Do they THINK they'll do better than the origional? crying Disney has them do it for the Disney Mania CDs. The first one came out about the same time Kingdom Hearts came out. The only songs on that CD that weren't killed were Hakuna Matata (by Baha Men), A Friend Like Me (by Smashmouth) and Colors of the Wind (i don't remember who sang that one). Aaron Carter totally MURDERED I Can't Wait To Be King >_<

I actually like both the classic disney songs and the remake versions from the Disney Channel Stars. I love the classic's because they're classic and they are what I grew up singing but now I'm into some more umm, fast beat music so I like to sing the newer versions of the songs. Some of them I don't really like like Super cali which Orlando Brown remade supercalifragilisticexpialidoscious into a rap type song and I didn't really like it at all. Course, I haven't heard the whole song only snippets so I don't know.

Not on the first Disney Mania... Ashanti sang it on that CD... whee
Recently I've been hearing this one remix of "Through My Eyes" from Brother Bear on Radio Disney sweatdrop , I kinda like that remix... sweatdrop
