First of all I will only have 1 or 2 vice captians at a time so don't get your hopes too high.
1. If you want to make a dramatic change then talk to me. It is my guild and I really don't want you making it something that I don't want it to be.

Examples of dramatic changes:
-Changing the type of guild this fine facility is
-Changing any of the rules
-Appointing sister or brother guilds without at least telling me first. (why don't they have father, daughter, son, mother, etc?)
-Demoting mods without a reason.
-Deleting the rules, they're there for a reason.
-Promoting members unless it is absolutely neccessary (ie shortage of mods) or they were voted on to be our next mod.

2. You have to obey the bible well.

3. Since you have a higher understanding of the rules since you are vice captain, you don't get a warning, break a rule and your gone.

4. If you become innactive without a real reason, then your demoted. Good reasons would be school and work; getting tired of gaia isn't a good reason.

2. You have to have been an active mod for more than 4 months.
