My first movie was Spirited Away. My friend was in love with it, and he gave it to me and he was like "Just watch it." I was like WHY are you making me watch thisss? And I didn't really want to, but he basically forced me. At first I was like this is stupid. But after about twenty minutes, I was entirely sucked in.
The minute it was over, I called him and was like "I LOVE IT!!!!"
And I've been hooked ever since. 4laugh

i would have to say that "princess Mononoke" was my first and favorite but spirted away i also up there. mrgreen

Yeah, Princess Mononoke was great. But Spirited Away was my first. After seeing Spirited Away, I was hooked on Miyazaki. I had to see more. So I went to the local library and rented all of them that they had. ^.^

 By remembering that I serve others, Mister Sparrow... Spirited Away. It's also, sadly, the only Miyazaki movie I've seen so far. :[
It still makes me cry. <3 Not only myself.

My first was also Spirited Away, although I do recall seeing parts of Kiki's Delivery Service before I knew anything about Miyazaki. However, seeing as I haven't seen the entirety of KDS I'm not going to count that ^^;

The first movie I saw was Kiki's Delivery Service, which I thought was cute. Then I saw Spirited Away and just loved it. It's one of the best animated movies ever. heart

My first Movie was Howl's Moving Castle, I only went to see it cause I had read the book, and ended up liking Miyazaki's work so I watched his other movies.

Laquia windtunnel009 My first Movie was Howl's Moving Castle, I only went to see it cause I had read the book, and ended up liking Miyazaki's work so I watched his other movies. The book was awesome! And its totally different than the movie so expect the unexpected don't think of the movie while reading it.
