now, i don't believe in randomply giving away free art, so i'll choose who gets it the same way presidents are chosen (electoral votes my a**) CAGE FIGHT!
They will be held once a month, and the tips accumulated will determine how many free arts are given out (default is always 1 free art) . since i have different kinds the person in first place will choose, _gold will be deducted from the tips, and person #2 will choose, etc.
anyway, there will be 16 open spots, and It will be 1 game elimination (you lose once, you're out)
