I am glad you approve my Master Darth Sukious. Once the full council permits it, with your permission of course, I will start a thread for it. Of course, we must wait until we have more recruits.

For the wellness of the council,I can pay for some very well done banners to preview to the council. I myself cannot make any,but I know some on gaia and on other website that will make me animated,crisp banners for free [on other websites] or 400g or less on Gaia.
would you like to to go through with these plans to show my support?

Empress darth Sukios,
I have to adress an urgent issue. It seems,according to the guild forum member counter,we are losing members. I am assuming they are younglings like myself because 1 of 2 reasons:
1) There are not enough master around currently,and they cannot obtain one OR the masters already have the max # of youngling,or perhaps do not want another.
2) The thread is to slow for them.
Either way,I firmly believe some sort of drastic measure needs to be made to quickly fix this problem:
*Promoting more users to Master/knight without the original training process.
SUGGESTION ON HOW:
Who ever is selected for possible level change should have to study the arts and take some sort of passing test. But whatever you can think of Master.
*make a banner thread so users can select banners to put on there siggys.

Personally I think this guild is out of control. Make it less hectic by:
1. Close the guild for couple of days or so. So then you can delete all of these previous posts and make it a lot less hectic. Completely start over. Less stikies and announcements, so on.
2. Combine the stickies together.
3. Make one thread that can be for bios.
4. Make more people knights!!!!!!!!
5. Make a thread for Younglings to post in so that Masters can go there to find apprentences.
6. Make sure that if there is an overload of Younglings make sure that all the Knights/Masters have the max amount. Then consider expanding the maximum to fit the amount of Younglings.
7. Make it a bit easier for people to become Knights.

Sadly I noticed yet another member has dropped out. As I stated above the post above me, Desperate Knight/Master promotion needs to occurr to keep a steady flow. Perhaps,that on every other week [or whatever you choose] there should be a huge ceramony for younglings who are ready to be knights and knights to be master.
At this ceramony,the knights and Master may then choose new younglings to train.
EDIT:
Oh yes, I forgot...I know I made a thread for Napoleon dynamite,but mabye we should delete all threads like this and stick with the above posters plan. I understand there is an "Introduction" thread,but with a bio thread <<<NO replys aloud..just bios,a Knight or Master can skim through them and have an idea on which youngling the want to choose at the grand ceramony!
More over,the Ceramony would make it easey to know who is promoted and such,It would be fun,if a certian time and date could be established,like a television show,so that as many people can show as possible for an almost live performance! smile

I have stopped accepting requests since last week and training people to know the game system. I will be promoting more knights, as there is an overabundance of Younglings. I think I may make the point system more like five points to master instead of thirty, plus extra points for battling and experience.
