iv been kinda trying to change. im tired of being a hoodie wearing-anime drawing-tomboy who is said to not be gf material!!! its like i got the face of a prep but the clothes of a tomboy. the look is very limiting (they just dont make tomboy clothes like they use) its ether not in a store or its billobong (a cool clothes brand) and costs to much! and also people at my school who draw anime are labeled nerds or a anime freak who only hangs out with other anime freaks! so iv taken up makeup into my daily routine and iv tried to change my look but im broke because iv spent alot of money on grafic novels (and other kinds of anime comic books) but i want to change so bad! but the truth is i think alot of other girly stuff is HIGHLY unconfortable in other words im a hard core tomboy who cant change her ways so what do i do?

OMG!!! NEVER...EVER CHANGE WHO YOU ARE!!! Why change yourself so people would like you? It's not right. I am a hardcore tomboy in real life, and I don't care what anyone else thinks! Hell! I LOVE anime. I don't care what people group me as, I will always think I'm a sundey. I wear comfy clothes, and would rather shoot myself rather than wear make-up. The thought of it makes me cringe. I have a boyfriend, and he loves the fact, that I don't care what other people think of me. I reach into my closet for clothes, and just go. I might through my hair into a ponytail, but I don't spend an hour on it (seriously x.x how could you spend THAT long on your hair....really). Don't listen to what other people think. Most of my friends are guys. And to tell you the truth, a lot of guys like tomboys, because they feel like they can be themselves. So don't change who you are kay? Just wait till you find someone. wink

Dx Why do you want to change to badly? I mean, you're practically saying yourself that you don't want to hang out with any preps or something, so who cares? I mean, really. I'm considered a nerd--your point? I enjoy it. You've got to make due with what you have, and just be yourself. Wear what you want to wear, and be who you want to be. People can form around YOU. YOU aren't supposed to make yourself something else for others. :/
Another note: If you really want to change, you'll most likely be rejected. That happened to me a while back, before I finally realized that being a nerd was ******** sweet. In all reality, being a nerd is the BEST thing you CAN be. It's fun, it makes school easier, all the teachers like you (makes school EVEN easier), and your friends are actually loyal. It's a win-win situation, dear. Take advantage of it.

i dont know why i want to change exactly its kinds like if feel like people dont notice me. i feel like im no longer in the inner loop of friends. my twin sis who isnt a tomboy get compliments all the time, makes strait As (im a strait B student most of the time) and she is what would seem to me SUPER COOL! so i think that has alot to do with it. o_o
I DONT KNOW WHY IT JUST FEELS LIKE I SHOULD
p.s sundey by the way if you ever do start to wair makeup have a friend show you how to put on mascara cuz if u poke your slf in the eye IT HURTS LIKE CRAP! lol

Personally, all that "Ohmygosh and the word like" after every sentence pisses me off. Preps. Too much for me to handle. But, I have at least 15 best friends. We stick around with each other all the time. Pick a friend. Nobody can break that. <3; Oh and.
P.S. Not all guys like girls with makeup. o: I for one am almost 15 nd I don't wear make up. <3; I have a boyfriend. And I <3 him

I'm a crbaby, anime-nerd smartass brunette who hangs out with nerds and only nerds, never wearss makeup, sticks to tomboy clothing and who's favorite thing to do is foo around with my nerdy freinds, and I don't care. No one can change you. I'm not changing myself, you shouldn't either.

wow, thats weird. at our school anime freaks are considered cool. and changed myself a long time ago and i never want to go back.
i know im not helping, but my life is just topsy turvey so dont copy anything i do, i only do it for MY topsy turvey life so if you change it probably wont work out the same

Everyone strives to be perfect. It's a normal human thing, really. Just accept yourself for who you are. I mean, I accept who I am and I'm plain weird.
