Original Storyline
The elements.
We all know what they are, what they represent. It's always been simple. The major idea came around when the Chinese invented their system of worshipping certain elements; fire, water, earth, air, and steel.
They made a few mistakes though. All though their assumptions were near correct, they left out three major elements, the ones that balanced all the others. Light, and shadow, and the biggie; Void. In an instant, Void was claimed to be the highest power, and the ever-watchful eye on the other guardians.
Basics.
Anyway, few know that the planet earth, has several dimensions that border it, each one containing strange, new creatures, known as �aliens�. The modern idea of 'aliens' show as giant headed creatures with bug eyes and skinny bodies. Ha.
There was a time when there were guardians of these elements, each one representing a creature, a weapon, and of course, the elements true powers itself. But of course, like every story, there was one who didn�t like the way things were running. He, as Lucifer did, tried to rise up against these guardians to overthrow the leader, steel. It of course, wanted nothing to do with the matter, and cast away the demon.
It was that day, the overlord of the discarded world broke the balance, and chaos was redeemed. Yet, it was known that Void was of the highest power over all the elements, so the others were left out of the picture.
The guardians were locked away, their bodies destroyed and their souls littered the dimensions that had already begun to crumble. Their lives went on normally, without any memory of their past lives, before the dark over-lord rose again, returning to it's rightful power.
The guardians were needed. And their worlds were destroyed, leaving one of these dimensions, and that was the one that the guardians needed to return to. These elements, the ones that balanced one another, fire-water, earth-wind, light-shadow, steel-thunder, and void-spectrum each working in unison to keep the worlds safe.
It's been four generations since they first began...
And the fight is finally over.

Violet never really had any bad things happen in her life, save for never knowing her father, but her grandfather and mother told her that was for the best. Then one day, her Aunt Sayuri and Uncle Darc, bother the current King and Queen of Balveria, were murdered. Many things started happening, warfare broke out all over Balveria for some accused Northern nobility to have been the reason her aunt and uncle were slain. Her mother and grandfather were frantically trying to keep their people together and to make matters worse, the next heir in line, Violet's cousin, Azale, was nowhere to be found. One night, her cousin, Dusk, woke her up and said they needed to leave and they needed to leave quickly. Violet did not get the chance to tell her mother good-bye before Dusk took her far away from their home, for he told he it was extremely unsafe for either of them but that they'd return soon. One year has passed and Violet has not seen her home since...

It goes across her front and ties behind her back, where the remaining legnth hangs down to halfway down her legs. She often wears bandages around parts of her arms and her midsection. She wears black jeans. Also, she doesn't wear shoes.
Personality: She is usualy quiet and seems mysterious. She's very cautious. Every once in a while, she will relax and be very kind and happy, but she also gets angry very easily.
Brief Bio
She has very little memory of her past. She had been a normal human who died, so she got sent to the heavens. However, the elemental spirit that inhabited her body revolted and sent her back, which is why she is only 25% angel. She spends most of her time just living off of the land, occasionaly stealing a few things from random people, but she does not steal from people if they truly need their possesions, or if she beleives that they are truly innocent. She falls asleep very easily,but she can also pretend to fall asleep as her [not always so great] method of avoiding trouble, but sometimes that makes her actually fall asleep. So, she has spent most of her life traveling, sleeping, and stealing.

Personality: She's cold in some cases, but can be a sweetheart if she really wants to. She makes friends easilly because of her sarcasm.
Brief Bio
After her parents'' death, Aino set out to find the answer she wanted about her past; the questions her parents refused to tell her. After a while, she noticed she had strange healing powers that nobody else seemed to have, and kept away from others, trying to protect herself. As of now, she is a seeker; dragged into other worlds as her mother was searching, searching for a clue as to what happened to her. She is protected by a shadow guardian named ''Morte''.

She was born in one of the many worlds her parents had travelled to, and due to her lack of staying in one place, she only made a few freinds, but she stayed in close contact with each and every one of them. After witnessing her parents' death, she set out on her own mission to stop the evil that had brought down trhe last 10 generations of her family ,not caring if she died in the process either.

Clothes: Along with the deceiteful hair, Azale has several other disguses. When she's dressed to the form of 'Zaale', then she appears as a sage, wearing nothing more than a shite, slip-on piece of fabric encrested with a Crhstian Cross to represent her stature, and flimbsy undies, while as the Paladin 'Azael', she wears heavy, black armor (full bodied) and caries a powerful looking blade.
Jewelry: Her necklace that was her mother's.
Personality: A tomboy at heart, Azale is never very friendly with strangers, and when she's with them, she was constantly stealing her father's clothes and running around in them.
Brief Bio
Constantly ostracized and scolded by elders and others her age (if not older) for her behavior, she would run away for days at the most, holding her mother's ambition and her father's determination close to heart. Only after she'd learned the terrible fate of her fallen parents did she leave for good, travelling to find a place where she could start over, going under the secretive sage name of 'Zaale' or under the paladin name of 'Azael'

Personality: Very withdrawn from most everything. If someone wants to get to know him, he'll be very apprehensive at first but will eventually ease into comfort around people he knows. Absolutely despises going out during full moons. Tends to be very passionate and think with his heart before his head. Thinks that people are all good at heart; in other words, he's got a bit of learning to do about reality.
Brief Bio
Bieginx spent is younger years in Heaven, with his father. Curious about the human world, he ventured down there to see what it was like. The people intially loved him and his stark white coat that shone so brilliantly in the light of a full moon. But his pure views lead to the death of a young girl, which he has never forgiven himself for. To rub salt in his wounds, his father told him that since he had spent so much time in the human realm, he had lost the ability to die there by himself. Bieginx swore that he'd return home once he had repented for his sins. To hide from his sins of the past, he has made it a neccesity not to go out during moonlight. Unfortunately, Bieginx recently came to the realization that, no matter what, his sins will keep building. Now he roams about, as a seeker of death and nothing more.

Dusk, like his father and grandfather before him, lived in the lap of luxury that is being a prince of Balveria. He had strength, power, women, and even control over an element, along with everything else he ever wanted. That is, until his parents were murdered. Suddenly, he was king then had it taken away from him. His country and home became enveloped in chaos, so under his grandfather's instructions, Dusk took his young cousin, Violet, and fled Balveria, swearing to himself to return with the one who should rightfully lead, his sister, Azale. One year has passed and he didn't even catch her scent. Deciding against his grandfather's will, Dusk decides to go and find the tomb of his ancestor, the one who gave him his shadow powers.

Personality: His old personality, that is, the major part of his personality, is now shining through clearer than ever. He no longer has any need to hold anything back.
Brief Bio
He was cursed by his king because he loved the king's daughter and kinda ended up eloping with her and getting her pregnant (not illegitmately, mind you R-rated people), and has since watched Kalian and Katia, his two children, begin to grow. He resolved the situation, and his curse was lifted. However, he still retains the powers given to him by said curse.

His father left him. That's pretty much all he could process since birth. Kieran's mother told him of how great a person his father was, but when the demi-god questioned why he elft if he was so great, it brought his mother to tears. One day, he left the kingdom of his grandmother's people, determined to find out where his father was and why he left so alone.

Personality: She's just so bubbly; you can't hate her. She makes everyone happy.
Brief Bio
Avari doesn't remember much of her childhood, and hardly knows if her name is hers or not. All she knows is that she 'had' parents until she was ten, before she was left with another family to be raised out of the way of 'danger'. How she was born into the form of a winglie may never be known; it was rumored by others that her mother was impregnated by a powerful God, perhaps an elite, and the demonic blood carried from her grandfather (A Dragon Spirit) was left with her. She never minded in all honesty, until she felt herself start to change. After she was told that she could possibly be something more than she'd always believed to be, she began to grow, and mature in a way never expected.
