I think depression's just a normal part of life...I mean, if you're never sad, how can you appreciate happiness? But anyhoo, I don't think serious or chronic depression is a good thing at all, but I don't think a constantly happy-go-lucky life is good either.
And when depression does come a-knockin', 'tis best to talk to good friends. mrgreen It just tends to make things better...
