I'll answer! Ichigo by a mile. Seeing how Chad lost to Kyouraku Shunsui (8th div. Captain) without him having to use his sword's Shikai form, and Ichigo beat both Zaraki Kenpachi (11th div. Captain) and Kuchiki Byakuya (6th div. Captain). Even when Zaraki removed his eye patch and unleashed all his power, and even after Kuchiki Byakuya used his sword's Bankai form, Ichigo still beat them both. ICHIGO HAS HIS BANKAI FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE! Chad is so far below Ichigo that comparing them is like comparing a ninja to a goldfish! Rewatch the match between Kyouraku Shunsui and Chad, then remember that Ichigo is at the captain level. Debate as you see fit, but I think that there's no competition.

its tue, ichigo is way stronger...the fact that hes a shigami which means he can get stronger and [*SPOILER*]: he can control hollow powers for like 11 seconds which is exetremely powerful. also ichigo can perform bankai while chad only has about 2 forms of his powers...the starting one and the more maturilized one.

Chad might have a chance of winning if he trained a lot harder and learned how to use is power and stuff, but even then i'd have to say it'd be Ichigo.
