"All rise for the Fourth TRI!" The Baliff shouted.
All of the World Jumpers and the Watchers rose up from their seats as the Fourth TRI entered the Meeting World, she was in Judge's robes, and had a Lawbook in her hands, as she sat at the top desk, she looked out into the crowd, and nodded once, everyone else sat down with her.
"Now that I have come to our Meeting, what have you all called to ask me?" The Fourth TRI asked, her voice calm, but powerful, she glared into the eyes of the Watchers.
"Well, we have these many Worlds, but a way to get through, we need that."
"That can be done, give me a few years, and we shall meet again, you will have your little route to the Other Worlds, just you wait!"
The Hallway, the World between all Worlds, once made up by a friend of mine and I, and has now become one of the perfect RPs. A free reign, relaxed RP with any world that comes to the mind.
This is an Origonal Character RP, so... you create your own character, however, if you want to be a character from another world that is in the media (ex. Erik/Phantom from Phantom of the Opera, Ash from Pokemon, etc.) Then you may, but still, fill out all the information that you can about your character, you'll need a basic understanding of them to play as them!

arrow Don't post your character! PM your character to me!
arrow Keep language PG13, Romance PG14 (because I feel I can trust you all with a few risks, but don't even think of overdoing it!) And gore? Eh... well, use the better judgement, remember we have younger members, so keep that in mind!
arrow No God-moding, please, I hate it when people God-mod... and Im sure a lot of good RPers do as well... if I catch you God-moding, I shall send you to the Graylist!
arrow Most first offenses will send you to my Graylist, a few first offenses will send you to my Blacklist (but very rarely...) and we reserve the right to kick you outta the RP if you act up too much!
arrow Please, try to be leterate, I mean, I understand Typos/Typing Demons, but flat out "tlkng liek ths" ("talking like this" for those like I whom cannot read Netspeak) will not be tolerated, and will probably put you on the Graylist.
arrow As with the God-moding rule, no killing of another person's character, unless the two of you have discussed it already, and I need to hear from both of you that it is OK!
arrow I am not always at the RP, so do PM me telling about new crushes/lovers/marrages/etc. That happen in the RP have I not put them up in a day, also, be sure to alert me about break ups!
arrow There are a few characters that you can play as yourself, and I'll put them up in another post, if you want to play as one of these characters, PM me!
arrow Be sure to read all the starting posts before RPing or creating a character!

Terms you might want to know! Watcher: One of the people in charge of the Hallway, they oversee that everything is going well, and that no Portraits are damaged and are working right. TRI: The TRI is like Triple/Three/etc. They consist of four people (I know, strange, don't ask me...) First TRI: The Author/Saphire Version
Second TRI: The Explainer/Evania
Third TRI: The Advice Giver/Kalista
Fourth TRI: The Judge/HarraPortrait: Floor to Ceiling sized pictures that teleport you to Another World when you walk through them. World Jumper: People whom the Watchers have given the power to jump through other worlds effortlessly, they are destined to go to other worlds. (If there's any term you don't understand that I haven't put up here, PM me about it!) Preset Characters: These are characters that if you don't want to create one of your own, you can play as these, PM me with the one you want to play as, and I'll put them up as yours! Username: (None Yet!) Name: The Explainer/Evania Gender: Female Appearance:         She can change her appearance as she pleases, these are her main looks. Personality: The Explainer is very laid back, and prefers her time alone, she truly is a sage, with wisdom beyond anything. Her favorite thing to do is explain things to people. I wandered around The Hallway, looking this way and that, not really sure where I would be going, it was deserted, as usual, very rarely were there others present, it was the loner's paradise!

I looked down a little further, and I saw Author, ah, the usual, I waved, and called out, "heya, Author! Any new stories? You haven't paired me up with another serial killer, have you? Because no self respecting judge would ever date so much of a Felon!" I said, laughing as I made my little "anti-criminal" speech.

My eyes widened and my jaw dropped, for a few seconds, I was stunned, then I regained myelf, "do I even want to know what sort of 'techniques' you'll have us do?" I asked, not even bothering to tell her off for writing vulgar stories about me, I got used to it.
