Rooms for the FD

In a network of caverns the Fairy Dragons carve out little niches in which they may live comfortably. In this thread you may apply to create lairs with multiple rooms and furnish it with whatever's available in the main lair inventory.

Points to note:

• When you make an order, start the trade. If I don't see the trade, I ignore the order.
  
• You pay per room, not per item. Items are free, unless they are custom-made.
  
• You may share with as many FD and Kweet as you think may fit.
  
• Kweet cannot create their own rooms, only the FD can.
  

How to create a lair:

There are two ways to go about this. Have me set everything up for you, or you can decorate your lair yourself after I give you your empty room. The latter, of course, will cost much less.

You'll need to start up a new thread and title your room. "[Name]'s Lair/Room/Pad" will do, but anything you can come up with will be great. Create the thread in this forum, and I'll give you the image to place into your first post. You might want to list who's living there to make things easier for everyone, as well as state your own rules for posting in your lair thread.

-Startup Fees-
Per bedroom - 1000g
Per small room - 500g
Per large room - 1000g

Have me furnish your rooms for you - 2000g
Furnish your rooms yourself (photoshop/paintshop pro required) - free.

There is no limit to the number of rooms you may purchase. If the number of rooms exceed 5, however, it will then cost 5000g to furnish.

Every time I am required to rearrange furniture in your room, it will cost 100g for every item removed or added, unless you've already paid for a custom item. Do think carefully before making changes.

Furnishing your lair

If you list the furniture you'd like in brackets next to the rooms you'd like them to be in, and describe the room as you'd like to see it below, I'll do my best to arrange things as you'd like them.

For example,

main room: single bedroom (pillow, bear rug, pot, bookshelf, etc)
small room: bottom right (etc)
small room: bottom left (etc)

The following items are unlimited, and are the basic items we'll all have to decorate with.

I will occasionally add a limited number of items into our inventory room below. You may come in and request for them, but do recall that it'll cost 100g to add it to your lair.





Custom Items
I will sometimes ask if there are items anyone wants to see in the rooms, or hold auctions/sales for such custom requests. Don't expect them to come often, though.

Contributions
If you can come up with items that will fit appropriately into the lairs, post them here, and we'll see if we can add them to the inventory. Let us know how many of said item you'd like to put out, although certain items (such as anything too modern or complex) will not have many replicas, if any.

Shao, I'd like to add another large room to that, probably on the left side. A place for Ri to kick Kismet into when he gets too annoying and cluttery. XD Hmm...might need a couch. blaugh
