Roughly, in the center of the compound, sits the village. Saxton refers to it as the town, and so it's been called that since the establishment was built.
It's large, and mostly plain. However to the east sits the recreation room, next to that is the Cafeteria. There's space enough for more buildings next to and behind those. Are they planning something? No one knows but the Cain brothers.
To the west is a basketball court, and a small tennis court. A fence surrounds a large Olympic sized pool, with a gate that locks from the labs.
To the south of the town is the apartment area. There's also ample room for more apartments to be build as the numbers grow. In fact, the area is sealed off, and already there are preparations for more apartments to go up.
