It has been such a hetic week. Going to the uni every day, going out at night partying and meeting people. and I've still got 41 more weeks till summer vacation. Though I have many holidays coming up in the mean time. Shame I live so far away from the uni could of gone home at the weekends elsewise.

peh, high school is too easy rolleyes but it's kinda sad how much slower our system here is than other places, like say, germany? a foreign exchange student from germany told me that there are no extra cirricular activities, no sports, drama, nada gonk must be very boring.

japanese highschools sound pretty bad too. over there you HAVE to be in some kind of extracurricular activity if not more than one. eek
they're super strict with dresscode and their classes are super tough compared to US classes. gonk

i think learning it by yourself would be more beneficial if harder... most of the stuff you learn in japanese classes you wont use when you're there. but like i said- learning japanese by yourself is a lot harder. on the other hand, most people in japan can speak japanese so you won't be completely lost when you go. surprised

screw putting words into sentences. rolleyes just say a bunch of words and hope they get the meaning.

"bathroom. i go."
"today. good weather."
"hello. you suck."
"food. want curry."
