everyone starts at pirate: 70 unless having permision from me or Ishaso.
Pirate: 70
These are the pirates who have just made it out. They possess few skills for there lack of experience but they can choose to go anywhere they want.

Wanted Pirate: 120
These are the pirates that were good enough to earn bounties on them. They are quicker and stronger than most others so be careful.

Bounty Hunters: 180
They are anyone who captures pirates for money or competetiton. They are some of the strongest around.

Cursed Fruit: 240
The pirates who were able to defeat Franky are able to get a fruit. This is what they are classified in. With special powers and previous experience they are tough to beat.

Legendary: 300
These are pirates from the show and few others. Luffy is included in this.

The officers of the Widowmaker demand (ask nicely) that we (Revan and DuPree) be promoted to Wanted Pirates.

Makes sense, a low bounty at first but you'll gradually move up.
