Do they ever say his whole honor code somewhere (I must have missed it if they did.) And what rules do you think are on his whole honor code?

Hiei DOES have an honor code, though he does not parade it (as opposed to Kuwabara). According to Kurama, Hiei "seems to live by his own code with very complex rules." I suppose a few of those rules are: -he does not betray those who have gained his respect -he does not attack those who are already down -he does not fight like a coward (obviously)
Much of his honor code can be gotten by his qualities.

It took about a week for some one to reply.. No one comes to the subforums often.. sweatdrop Yeah, I knew he had an honor code.. smile Hm.. I guess I'll just have to base it on his qualities like Wyndi said. You only hear about Hiei's honor code when some one does something against it. Like in the early Saint Beast match when he fought the dragon fake ice master, what's-his-name.. Um.. Ryu ..something...I can't remember off the top of my head but I'm sure you know who I mean.

His name was Seiryu. Not really worth remembering, considering he died in the span of two or three minutes.
Anyways...Hiei's very defensive about his code. He makes it clear only when he needs to.

Well, other people in Yu Yu Hakusho seem to know that his code is there--even Keiko, Shizuru, and Botan. I remember when Bui was taking off his armor, George suggested that Hiei finish Bui off while he was vulnerable, and the girls completely attacked him for even thinking of such a thing.

Really? There are some discount stores that have an occasional tape and sell them for five dollars. But I've only gotten one that way, and I agree--the DVDs are EXTREMELY expensive. And the bootlegs are cheaper, but the subtitles are really bad.... crying

They are. But the official Dvds had some mess-ups in the the subs too. For translation that is, but most dvds mess up here or there. Fansubs ( the downloaded kind ) most of the time have a more literal translation than the Dvds, that try to Americanize the show.. It's scary how wrong the dvds can be sometimes when you are an intermediate student in Japanese.
