Have you ever seen those sort of powers where they are totally wasted upon the person that possesses them, but if you gave them to another character it would be amazingly powerful. My personal example is the sword wabisuke used by Kira from bleach which doubles the weight of whatever it touches each time it makes contact. Kira sucks with it and gets owned almost every time, but if someone like the Flash or another speedster used it then by just hitting a person 20 times then they will increase a persons weight to base weightx1048576.
Anyone else have any similar ideas on good combinations?

Lol, giving just about any other powers to Aquaman would make him about 100x better...

^I think he was reffering to the Super Freinds version of Aqua man, who is famous for not being exceptionaly useful and because the writers had to make something conviniently fall into the ocean for him to maske an appearence.
As for the topic of this thread, the Hulk with Pym's growing powers would be quite...um...anoying.

Card Captor Sakura is lacking as a magician especially for one whose mystic abilities are dependent on paraphernalia and TOO much so for that matter.
That said, I say give her Dr. (Stephen) Strange's abilities. 
IF even only SOME of them. I mean in Fate/Stay Night the lead character Emiya Shirou only knows ONE spell but at least it's one laden ability.
