Well, I have an idea. Well, to be a member of the guild, the could have to admit my mule account as a friend and then I could just send notifications of special events on that list, and can tell if people read the rules or not.
Well, this was an idea put into the guild office and well... No one answered off the crew so I'll just post it here.
