I was thinking about this. I'm not much of a spell caster my self, but I was wondering how many of you practice. What are your prefrences? what type of environments do you like to be around when you cast. And what spells do you like to cast?
When ever I do cast a spell its usually healing.

I prefer the dark so I can light candles and I prefer to be in a room thats cool and mostly dark. So far I haven't had a chance to do much spell casting since I got to KS though I prefer protection spells

I cast spells. When I am in need. Quiet place, near fire tends to give my spells more power. I use a lot of candles also.

I cast spells also. Usually during a full or new moon, especial when it's windy and chilly/cold. i also use incense, mostly sandle wood, more then i do candles. But still use a lot of candles.

I prefer candles over incense. *Shrugs* I like to watch the flame. It has a life of its own

Well since you're a beginner, study up on spells before you begin to cast. If you need any help with sites // books. Go to the beginners sub-forum and post what u wana know there.

Yeah just type in the right search engine and then type in the spell that you want to learn about it. I used to do it at school all the time until the school became a**l about the sites you would go to.
